I love my guilty pleasure of Whoppers. I also love a good deal and quality food. Well, the crew working today brought it all! The food actually looked like the pictures. Fries were hot, Whopper was delicious! Burger King was my 1st job in 1987. Nice work crew on the quality and service. Best Burger King around. 100% recommend!

We always order from here. But the biggest issue we have is that they cannot seem to get the mayo ratio correct! When you ask for light, there’s none. You ask for on side, it’s extra in the bun, you can’t win! Side note, don’t order a blue frozen Fanta. They never have it.

What can I say—it’s Burger King! I eat carnivore, so I ordered the double with bacon, keto-style, without cheese. It came exactly how I asked—just the meat, no bun, no condiments, and they didn’t try to get fancy by throwing in lettuce like some other places do. Simple and done right. After a long shift, it was a quick, satisfying meal at a great price, and honestly, it was very tasty.

This place is absolutely pathetic. I live close to it, so I’m a victim of returning time and again due to convenience, though I always end up regretting it.
98% of my drive through orders are screwed up. They ALWAYS forget something in your order, ALWAYS. I have a family of five, and once in a while, we are rushed and succumb to fast food, and because this is the only fast food joint in Newport, I end up getting burned every time.
This morning I ordered five orders of French toast stick meals. Got all five drinks, and only four of the meals. I also ordered “cinni-minni’s” for the kids, which are mini cinnamon buns that are supposed to come with frosting dipping sauces. We didn’t get any frostings.
A month ago we went there to grab dinner. I ordered a chicken sandwich and wanted to take it back, punch somebody, and ask for my money back. It wasn’t even the correct chicken sandwich I ordered, but the sandwich it was, was absolutely pathetic. Pic attached.
If you come to this place, keep your expectations as low as possible, ALWAYS double check your order, and try to be patient with the absolute incompetence you will deal with.

They need to hire better people some chick that works there named Ashley really needs to be fired!! She called My BF left a VM talking cocky and laughing about how they no longer needed him then I called back and she flat out lied and again continued to laugh bout how funny she thought it was he just got fired due to her lies! This chick basically told me person information about another employee that is not ok she needs to be fired ASAP

Today I ordered an original chicken sandwich and 2 whoppers from this location through DoorDash. When my order got to me and I opened my sandwich to rearrange my toppings, which I added tomato and onions, I realized that there was no chicken. I called the store where they proceeded to tell me that I can come back for a replacement. I have no car! Well then someone calls back and says they have cameras that showing that the chicken was put on the sandwich. They called me a liar and hangs up on me. I have had order issues with them before and will no longer be using this location.

No straws, no napkins, wrong sauce, missing chicken fries, the onion rings are so old that they just turn to dust in your mouth. Asked for PLAIN whopper Jr’s…..got everything on them. Yup…..they messed up EVERY SINGLE ITEM SOMEHOW.
Check your bags people….and taste test the food before you drive away.
