We ordered online because my husband wanted Asian food. I wanted something spicy. I ordered the szechaun beef and was shocked at what I got. The dish I got had no spice at all….sooooo bland. It was full of unexpected veggies, which I love vegetables but it wasnt what I ordered.
The fried rice couldn’t have been fried, it was basically white rice (very sticky) with some peas and carrots thrown in.
I won’t eat or order here again. To be honest, I wish we had gotten Panda Express down the road.

Place is very clean, service was great. Food is usually good but if you go when they open, its clearly the food leftover from the day before. My food was still refrigerator cold. Corn nuggets were bone dry from being reheated. Several different parts of my food were not even lukewarm. Soup was clumpy. Ill be back, but do better

We gave this place a chance, but should have heeded the reviewers’ warnings. I tried as many things as I could trying to find at least something that tasted good. The best I got was bland. There was also gross, old, and various unnatural textures along the way. I tried 5 kinds of sushi and they all had strange tastes to them. The owners and their children walked out of the back with freshly made plates ad smiles while the handful of customers were relegated to eating food that would surely not pass inspection for temperature, hold time and who knows what else.

I’ve visited this place 3 times, and my experiences have been quite disappointing. The first time, it was quite good, so I decided to bring my family out. However, the second time, the food was a complete letdown. It was old, chewy, and cold. My kids even refused to eat it.
The third time, my husband and I gave it another chance, hoping for a better outcome. But the teriyaki chicken on a stick was slimy, the shrimp was slimy, and the chicken was chewy. It was an overall disappointment.
To make matters worse, the waitress never even bothered to refill our drinks or check on us.
I strongly advise against visiting this place.

STEAR CLEAR OF THIS RESTAURANT!!! We ordered food to go from here and after driving 10 minutes home we were greeted with old, chewy, and cold chicken. Seems like they took warm sauce and poured it over this poor quality food. When we called to speak to them about the issue they just wanted to argue and say it was fresh and they just made it. Even after telling them I received cold chicken, they still insisted that it was freshly made. I do not appreciate the customer service that I received from this establishment

Not All Buffets and Chinese Restaurants are created equal.
New Hong Kong Buffet was a miss on every level.
Chicken and pork was rubbery, slimy.
The Teriyaki chicken was dry and chewy.
ALL of the food, every single item (and I tried a bunch) lacked flavor. I was hoping something was going to taste good but It’s like the food lacked flavor to begin with and then had been sitting out all day and they hadn’t put any fresh food out.
The only thing that has any flavor was the Pepsi I had to drink.
The restaurant was dirty.
Crackers, eggs rolls, sweetener packets were under the table. That was a major turn off when seeing how dirty it was.
Waiters don’t check on us except when we first sat down and when we was leaving.
There’s better places to eat for the same amount of money. You would be much better off going right down the road to Panda Express to eat.
Yes a chain restaurant is even leagues above this place. Avoid and DO NOT EAT at New Hong Kong Buffet.

I was super disappointed. Used to love this place. Most of the Asian entrees on the buffet were so watered down they looked like soup.Only tried the 2 freshest and they tasted the same. Jalapeno pork and Chicken and Broccoli.The soup (Hot and sour) was grey and tasteless. Green beans were good.Sauced onions were good. Did not try anything else to leave a thorough review. Service was great,though.Hadn’t been in a year and I’ll probably wait another.

There are a lot of negative reviews. I don’t understand those. This Buffet has great food. Friendly staff, and a good selection of food. The Sushi is fresh too. Pretty cheap too. I ate their lunch Buffet and I only spend $7.80 that’s cheaper than going to McDonald’s!
