I ordered a half and half pizza that was supposed to be well done. This is how It was delivered. It was turned sideways in the box and the pizza wasn’t even cooked all the way. It was still doughy. I called in to get the pizza refunded and was told I could not have a refund since I placed an online order. The manager was very rude while I was trying to explain the condition of the pizza. He told me he could only remake another pizza or I could get credit for the next time. I told him I did not want another pizza and that this was the third time I had received something unfit to eat. He told to just bring it in then (under his breath he called me a B****).
My family was already very hungry and I was not going to wait another 45 minutes for a pizza that may not be fit to eat again. This is the 3rd time I have ordered and my order has been wrong or not completely cooked. I will not give this pizza place another chance. I should have ordered from Pizza Junction, a local delicious place, that always gets my order correct. Lesson learned, don’t trust the chain restaurants, they only care about money not quality or customer satisfaction. This was Extremely disappointing.
Enjoy the $45.50 that I should have just tossed in my trash can.

I’ve ordered from this location at least 3 times or so in the last few months. Everytime my order is made quickly, it’s hot and looks/tastes great. I prefer local pizza shops but this place is great

Pizza was not properly cooked and toppings were everywhere. I just want onion,green peppers and pineapple on it but they put olives and other veggie’s as well. I asked to make my pizza on Alfredo sauce they put pizza sauce . Jalapeño nots were not cooked and look like so old . Am semi truck driver I walked half mile to order pizza and when I open my pizza box I got this so disappointed

Very typical Papa Johns experience. They sometimes forget items in to-go orders (drinks), but are quick to make it right the next visit. Make sure and check your order before leaving!
Otherwise, they are usually quick and friendly, and the facilities appear to be clean and organized when I go inside.

I have ordered from the Loogootee indiana Papa Johns twice and both times the food has been inedible. When I called the store after the second order the manager didn’t care that I was unhappy with the food and just said I would get a refund. I wouldn’t suggest anyone to order from them. The only positive thing about them is their delivery drives where nice

I ordered 3 pizzas the worker repeated the order back to me. When delivered only got 1 the first time I told the driver I was missing 2 more he came back with one more still missing one he said he was going to call the manager and reorder one he did not. I waited a bit no one showed up so I called back the manager said only 2 pizzas were on order and there was nothing he could do. He said it was my word against theirs and didn’t even try to make it right. Worse customer service ever. Never going back.

Ordered two pizzas for delivery around 5pm. Was told that it would be around 35-40 minutes, which is fine because it was around dinner time for people. 6:30pm rolls around and still no pizza and nobody is answering the phone at the store. Drove there to get our money back.

Anytime we have ever gotten pizza, it has been fantastic! However, ordering anything else from there has been a disaster. I’ve ordered the poppers twice now, buffalo for the hubby and honey Chipotle for me. The first time we were given plain bone in wings with no sauce. The second time my honey Chipotle wings had maybe a drop of sauce on each chicken piece. Might have well been eating plain ones. While my husband’s had so much sauce i could have tossed mine in there too. I think I’ll skip those from now on. I also ordered a Buffalo papadia with our last order and again so much buffalo sauce it was sloppy and put together poorly. I had to eat it with a fork. Aside from the poppers being a bust though, everything always tastes wonderful. It’s become our go-to spot for pizza and breadsticks.

We ordered a pizza there and to be honest it was the best pizza we’ve had in awhile! Great customer service and the managers there are top notch! I would recommend the loogootee Pappa Johns to anyone looking for good pizza !
