I love the small town vibes of this place. They go well with the restaurant being in a remodeled house (at least that’s what it looks like). Having the different rooms helps it not feel loud or crowded.
The menu is pretty big and affordable and there are a few specials every day. The food is decent diner food, and the coffee was good.
We were there at 10 on a Saturday and only had to wait 10-15 minutes to seat our group of 9. Most of the group had to find parking on the street. I’m told when there isn’t snow, people park on the grass if the parking lot is full.
The service was great–our coffees were topped off often, our plates were cleared in a timely manner, and everyone was friendly.
I found it odd that those drinking coffee only got water if we asked for it, but I was the only coffee drinker who asked for it at my table so maybe it’s not that odd.

We live an hour away and found this while out on errands. We’ll be back! The food is made to order, most if not all of the breads homemade, prices were great. Service was friendly and personable.

Our breakfasts were delicious, fresh, hot, and homemade. You couldn’t ask for anything more. Except the service… and it was wonderful! Our waitress was personable and right on top of everything. All of our needs were met, and then some.
This is a cozy, and extremely clean place with charm.
The dishes are mismatched, which ads to the charm. Love, love, love it here and you will too. Try it, you won’t be disappointed.

Good breakfast and lunch diner. They close at 2pm. Good variety of items to choose from at moderate prices. Always had friendly servers that kept your coffee cup filled with fresh ground coffee. Good choice for the area. As you can see they also have yummy baked goods to eat in or take out.

We are from Missouri and have been visiting Niagara Falls. We love to find the local restaurant to eat and we were not disappointed with Knead the Dough! I had the stuffed French toast with a cream cheese filling and raspberry glaze drizzled over it. Wow! Yummy! My husband had the Farmers Plate with sausage links, he deemed them amazing! Really filling, excellent breakfast food and service. Price was on point. Highly recommend.

Todays Brunch is one of my favorite homestyle restaurants in Ransomville’s Knead the dough. As the menu says fresh made to order breakfast and lunch only. Currently open from Thursday to Sunday. Today I had the Strawbery waffle with fresh whipped cream, with a side of sausage and hashbrowns with onion and peppers. Deneen had the Stuffed French toast with Raspberry sauce. My mom joined us because it’s one of her favorites and had poached eggs on an English muffins with Canadian bacon with a side of hashbrowns as well. Great food hometown service. $ CASH ONLY$$ ATM is on the premises.
It’s worth the drive. Get a sticky roll for the ride home. Or have it as a part of your meal.
