Breakfast on the beach after a beautiful sunrise? Yes!
Not many people there early.
Can be windy, so prepare for that if sitting outside.
The food was really good. Came out in a timely manner.
About $25 pp giver or take.
They also have a VERY big menu!
Lots of variety for breakfast and foods for lunch, snacks & dinner!
Also, LOTS of drinks options.
If you’re looking for a beachy style frozen or mixed drink with a cute souvenir cup, this is the place! Kid friendly cups and drinks too!

Awesome environment, beach seats under the tiki tables. Great burger, watched football playoffs. Dog friendly patio, some arcade games inside not really worth it but maybe if it was raining or something. Super accommodating, made reservations, they were not honored, had to say something, they honored them then. Gotta do what you gotta do. Kayla was awesome.

The location is fantastic right on the beach. They have Happy Hour from 3-6 which is nice. And you can put your name on the list when they are busy and they’ll text you when a table is available so you can have a wonder in the nearby shops.
I would have had 3 beers during our stay but the waiter was too busy to wait on us.
I had the Firecracker Bowl (Shrimp) there was nothing firecrackerie about this bowl – if you like bland food this will be right up your alley. Unfortunately, I like spicy and was left to my own devices with only salt and pepper on the table. Waiter didn’t check on us so I ate what I could without a beer to wash it down.
When asked I did mention that “there was nothing hot about that bowl” and the waiter laughed, asked if I was finished and took the bowl.
My wife had the blackened mahi with pineapple salsa she said it was average – nothing special and a HH Marg.
Bottom line if your looking for a great spot to enjoy a drink do it here – if your looking for a great meal do it elsewhere.

My wife and I had breakfast here on Monday morning, August 18, 2025 while visiting Vero Beach. We arrived shortly after the restaurant opened, so we had our pick of any table. We decided to eat inside at a table overlooking the outdoor deck, the beach, and the Atlantic Ocean, which was getting rough due to an approaching offshore hurricane. Our server Jessica was prompt, attentive and friendly. I ordered the traditional Eggs Benedict and my wife had the Banana Nut French Toast. Both were delivered piping hot and tasted delicious. Inside decor here is casual and somewhat whimsy like a Jimmy Buffet island song. We enjoyed our breakfast and even came back later the same afternoon to have a drink at the bar before heading back to our campsite to shower for dinner.

Mulligan’s. The atmosphere is great if you’re outside on the terrace and you have an opportunity to watch the waves come in and the seagulls play. I ordered a lobster roll with butter and macaroni and cheese. And the lobster was dry and flavorless. A lot of money to waste on really bad lobster. I will say that my husband enjoyed the omelette as well as the pancakes which did arrive cold. The young lady who was our waitress was friendly and attentive. The best thing about this place is the Waterview and if you get lucky a good server. Pass on anything that is not pub grub.

Recently ate at the Vero Beach location. After looking at the menu, the prices were exorbitant for the atmosphere. I paid $18 for a shrimp appetizer that six shrimp in it. I would say they were medium to small in size, they only looked larger due to the breading. I got a to-go order to take home of a cheeseburger with onion rings and a six piece wings. Our server was average, considering the amount we spent. The grease was old as the onion rings that came with our lunch were solid grease in. All in all, between three of us and two to go orders it was well over $180. I could have gone to a gourmet restaurant for that price and gotten much better food and service. Also, they fail to tell you that they are charging you in 18% tip that they put in the form of a little card that I did not see. I gave the server a cash tip as well so I double tipped without even knowing it. That is deception I believe. Myself and my family will probably never return here.

Mulligan’s in Vero Beach never disappoints! We had such a great time last night. The wings were perfect—crispy, flavorful, and honestly some of the best I’ve had in town. The kids stayed totally entertained thanks to the live music, which made dinner way more relaxing for us. And you truly can’t beat eating right on the beach… the views are unbelievable.
Huge shout-out to our server Brittany — she was friendly, fast, and made the whole experience even better. We’ll definitely be back!

Local establishment connected to Ocean Breeze Inn but many other patrons come to eat here. The bar is awesome, good food, and it’s right on the beach!

Staying next door at Ocean Breezes Inn. First saw people eating and having a good time next to the beach. I stopped in for lunch. Although they have indoor seating I opted for outside next to the beach. Fantastic atmosphere and beach vibe. Summer specials! I ordered their hamburger and chips for $11 thinking it would be super downsized. No, very large, quality ingredients! Very nice surprise! Highly recommended! My waitress was also very nice and helpful! Will eat the rest of my meals here during my stay! Happy Hour too!

The massive fish and chips was enough to split with my wife. The crispy coating, juicy fish, and tangy tartar were great. And fire cracker shrimp filled out the ensemble. I smashed a couple Sailfish IPA’s. It was all awesome with big waves crashing at a high tide. The rain passed by and cooled off the ocean breeze. Cheers!
