Food is ok but the service is terrible. When I order thru the drive thru about 50% of the time the other I’s wrong, tonight was no exception. She came out and told me they were out of something then forgot the whole kids meal.

Ate there today it was 84 degrees in dining area ask if they could turn air down it was so hot . We had to clean off table so we could sit and eat. When I asked lady said we got too, mgr wants to keep it warm. It was 91 outside and while at counter you could tell it was cooler in kitchen area. I don’t usually complain but I’m going to invest the law on this matter. That’s is too hard to sit and eat in that environment.

It was very very noisy. We went in to eat & sat at the round table where there was a big round light overhead. We don’t know where the loud obnoxious noise coming from. But it was not very pleasant to hear while trying to eat!!!!! It was awlful!!!! And was very LOUD!!! I’m thinking it was coming from the light over us!! Please someone fix this!!!!!!

When you ask for a bucket to be all dark meat and they confirm with you that it’ll be just legs and thighs and proceed to give you a regular bucket, that’s another form of disrespect. Was excited to eat this and now I’m dreading paying the money for it at all. 0/10 service

Always mess my order up. Ask for Mac and cheese, and I get mashed potatoes with gravy. Or something is missing. I never liked working fast food when I was younger, but it’s not hard to read an order and get it right. But tonight, the food was terrible. And it’s been months since I last went there. This restaurant is the poster child of going from good to bad to absolutely amazing! Refused to eat there for years. Got convinced to give them a second chance. I am so glad I did. The new managers and crew members have worked very hard to turn that restaurant around and been very successful in doing so. Food, staff and environment excellence in my personal opinion. Even the chicken livers were on point and those are hard to cook to perfection and they did it. I believe when I asked they said Deondre was the cook when I ordered. Wow! Great job they are doing in there!
