The quality of the food has gone down dramatically over the last 5 years. Ordered a stuffed crust pizza that was seriously paper thin, more than paper thin, basically see through, along with zero sauce on it.
Last time I ordered from here, they forgot our drinks and breadsticks. I tried to give the benefit of the doubt but I will never make that mistake again.
The manager was nice and gave a $20.00 credit however, to me .. it’s a waste because I will never use that credit as, I will never order from here again.
Normally, I do not do reviews but this time, I felt it was necessary. I will order from the other pizza places in the valley before ever coming back to the Belle Vernon Pizza Hut.

We did order from here a good bit. Last order took a bite out of a pizza and pulled this hair wad out. Completely disgusted won’t be ordering from here again. Called them up lady I spoke to was nice but could not give a refund only a new pizza which I didn’t want. Said she would have a GM call the next day since they were not there at the time. Never received a call from the GM to settle the matter. If they had I wouldn’t be writing this review.

So over this place. A couple times when I place order for drive through pick up it’s either not ready or food already weird and cold. Last time I went was the worst. Long line of cars, ended up waiting almost a half hour longer than scheduled pick up time, and got a bad new Yorker pizza that wasn’t cut, cold yet burnt? , and generally gross. I shouldn’t be able to pick up a whole pizza by the crust and dangle it while everything stays in place. Had to rip/slice it myself and didn’t even finish one piece. Yikes.
Oh yeah. And this one time I went and ordered extra sides of bleu cheese. Already paid for and they didn’t give it to me. When I asked where it was they said they were out. So… y’all were just gonna charge me and not even offer a replacement or refund if I hadn’t said anything? Shaaaaaame.
Edit 3.10.25 – still haven’t been back or ordered from any pizza hut location for that matter ✌

The quality of food is good and I’ve ordered from here a couple of times already, but the customer service I just experienced was the worst I’ve ever heard. I called the store bc one of the pizza’s I ordered was supposed to have garlic parm sauce with chicken and bacon, I’ve ordered this in the past and it was delicious, but when I got the pizza’s that one had red sauce and additionally had onions on it too. The manager on the phone that night of 5/18/25 was so rude and unprofessional, she said they can’t make another pizza bc they were closing due to a water main break and that’s fine but then she went on to say that it wasn’t they’re problem and she had other things to do than be on the phone. She also stated that she personally helped with my order and said there was definitely white sauce (garlic parm) on the pizza and it could have gotten mixed up with another order but again wasn’t her fault. this was my go to pizza place but I don’t think I’ll be ordering from here again.

Pizza Hut is not as it use to be. Very little hospitality and a change in service and pizza. No longer served in pans but given in boxes, plastic utensils on a help yourself issue. No fountain drinks but way overpriced bottled ones. Very disappointed and as a long time customer i will not return.

Me and my gf ordered a pizza today and i can guarantee that the pizza we received was most definitely 1 day reheated pizza. We open the box when we got home and it was barely warm. I took a piece of it and it wouldnt even bend over, it stayed stiff just like day old/left overs would be like. Im extremely irritated because the staff cant even cook a fresh pizza.

(Edited the review, as the next morning the manager did make everything right. Whoever is on the night crew is the problem, not the main management. The manager was quick to take our complaint and offer restitutions for our trouble. Hopefully they get someone new for the night crew because it seems like most of the reviews are about them.)
INITIAL COMPLAINT: Forgot an entire entree in my order, and absolutely refused to pick up the phone when I call the store. Now someone will be going hungry because of their incompetent service. Tempted to order from Dominos from now on as they are quick to fix any problems that we may have.
