I placed a in store order and i was taking that food to my grandma who lives half hour away and unfortunately there is not any near chipotle there. I ordered multiple bowls and asked the lady to give me salsa and sour cream on side, i was not in rush, she was pissed for that to pack in side.
Second time I ordered through their app and went in store at promised time. The lady tells me that she thought that my three bowls were a mistake and she just made one of them. I was okay with that it happens sometimes but then another lady who was making order she starts making fun of order and the way i ordered. As i add three coupon i used them individually. I was happy to wait but the way treats their customers is not what i am looking for. I went to south windsor location they are really good at customer service. Also chipotle app is not helping me to solve this issue.

December: Whoever did the food today, that was the best Chipotle food we’ve ever eaten in our lives. Even the chimichurri was perfect. Would love to know whoever cooked it, must be an amazing chef. Every bite made me feel so happy.

On Saturday, December 28th around 7pm I went to the Chipotle in Glastonbury.
And everything was wrong with it.
Waited in line to try to pay cash in person, but they were only accepting exact change. Fine, ok, after waiting in line for 15 minutes and it moving nowhere I said OK I’ll just stand here and order online with my Christmas gift card!
Then that order wasn’t ready till 15 minutes AFTER it had been promised and all I was getting was ONE kids meal for my son-I was there waiting for 30 minutes…
But the best part (sarcasm) was the bathroom. It was so nasty. I even went back and took photos.
All of the table tops were dirty. All. Of. Them.
The ice machine had no ice.
There was nothing to hold the hot sauce in.
I thought about stealing a bottle of the hot sauce but said no I’m not a thief even though this place are thieves the way they stole my peace of mind.
The only saving grace in this whole facility was the young woman who was handling the to go orders. She was kind and patient (cause, ya know, I got to watch her for 30 minutes while I was waiting around) I hope she finds herself employed elsewhere soon because she deserves much better than this messy dirty Chipotle!

Great spot for a quick healthy lunch. Indoor and outdoor sitting available. Music was a bit loud inside, so glad outdoor sitting was available. There is a lot of parking available. Aside from Chipotle, there were a number of other stores at the plaza, including Starbucks, Munson’s Chocolate and others.

Ordered a steak bowl and barely got any white rice or steak just a lot of lettuce, a dab of sour cream and LOTS of corn smh. So disappointed this is the second time. And the rice they did add was hard balls mushed together

This review is about my last visit. After my son’s practice we stopped in before our long ride back home. I ordered a burrito that would have been nice if what happened did not upset me. My son ordered a bowl he enjoyed it. I ordered a burritos the lady is a great job making it. I am very picky, she worked with me. When I get to check out I order a bottle of Sprite. I asked for a cup so that I can through the Sprite into and add ice. They gave me a water cup. I asked for a size begger because when you add ice, it does not hold in the cup leaving me to either drink the reminder from the bottle or drink out of the cup and then add the reminder from from the bottle. The cashier was going to hand me the cup. Just before doing so I am assuming it was the person in charge, a young lady said I would have to pay for a regular cup. I explain to them just bought the bottle I need to travel 2 hours back home. The water cup wasn’t big enough.!I was still told I have to pay for the cup. Then the bomb shell is the process for the cup $3.50. I said what I just paid for a bottle of Sprite and now I have to pay the same price just for a regular cup. My patience has been very short lately. I was getting irritated. I attempted to returning my drink. She Rossini can’t return because the bottle was already open. Soni had to take the small cup add ice, throw the out the Sprite into the cup and then the leftover from the bottle through out. My whole ride back home was filled with disappointment. I can’t belief how Chipotle don’t support their customers I payed over $30 plus on food and then being charge for another I drink that was not needed. Thanks for a disappointing experience. Left me with distaste, and upset stomach. From my experience.

Why is it so difficult to speak with someone in the restaurant over the phone? I called the number that’s provided on Google twice and I end up getting a robot that transfers you to a Chipotle customer service with workers that are in India. So disappointing that my issue could not be resolved before my order was picked up, and I can’t even speak to someone locally.

This location has gone downhill. I don’t know if it’s new staff or new management. I was told to wait – I was the only one in line. Then received 6 total pieces of chicken. I asked for a little more and they said would be extra for another scoop. My bowl is watery with a pound of tomatoes and 6 pieces of chicken. I would go to a different location if looking for chipotle. Really unfortunate – same experience the last 2 times. I hope others have a better experience

Pros: food was spicier than expected (2/10 spice level, pleasantly surprised, usually 0/10), hidden seating area was clean, service was quick, good music, clean bathroom
Cons: tables were a little dirty (but that’s mostly the customers, not the staffs, fault), my bowl was light on the chicken (usually I’m able to split the bowl into two meals but not this one), and my friends quac was also light
