Just got these wings for the first time. They were not cooked properly(see photo). The wings are covered and covered in huge globs of fat, since they aren’t being cooked properly. Called the Chili’s, was put on hold. Waited on hold, no one ever came to the phone to discuss this with me. Absolutely terrible experience. I had high hopes for these wings, as other restraints have had success with separate online branding of their food, like Chili’s is trying to do here. Nothing good to say about this place, or the staff leaving me on hold, when I called to warn them that they are sending out nearly raw chicken, covered in globs and globs of fat, with the consistency of snot. Bleh.

i dont know why this place has such a medium rating! it was absolutely perfect. wings were soft and juicy and the sweet & spicy sauce was on point. curly fries were better than arbys. wish we had one in indianapolis! will be coming back every time we come here for vacation also i had already eaten some before i took the pic…couldn’t wait

Didn’t realize it was a ghost kitchen within Chili’s, was pretty annoyed to find that out by arriving to the location. On top of that the wings weren’t great, maybe good but that’s a stretch. They were a good size but not cooked long enough. They were slimy and lacked any real flavor. The website I used for ordering the wings for pickup made it seem like I could pick two different sauces so I could do half and half (I had 8 wings so 4 one sauce and 4 the other) but they ended up just combining the sauces i’m pretty sure. Honestly I don’t know what they did but it didn’t taste great and I chose not to finish them. Service was ok I guess not much to say aside from that interactions were limited and I didn’t get any help for the first ten minutes I was there.

My first time ordering from here, I have to say it was amazing. I am a wing person, I love hot wings. It’s been a constant battle finding a place that hits the spot. Congratulations! My absolute favorite spot now! I disagree with the previous review. The flavors were on point, but I didn’t get dry rub. I always get saucy!!! Thank you for the beat wings in town!

I ordered food through DoorDash for the first time, did not enjoy the food at all. The boneless wings were over cooked, dry, there was no sauce on them,didn’t even get the amount that I ordered because they called a tiny nugget a boneless wing. The curly fries were cold, and soggy, and the bone in wings had no sauce on them. I normally would give a restaurant another chance but for it to be inside of chilis, and for them to be open for so long, you would think they would know how to make some wings. I’m sorry but I will not be ordering from them again, was a waste of my money.

The wings looked like they never got tossed in the indicated sauce and barely any sauce was but on them. It is just truly disgusting. Wings were also cold by the time I got home and I live 5 minutes from there. Definitely will never order wings from here ever again just terrible.

Left home in the rain with my newborn son because my wife and son wanted wings. Received my order which was missing my traditional wings. Realized once I got home so I called and was told by the manager that someone reached out to the doordash driver so they could let me know if i would be fine with boneless, which was a lie because I didn’t order thru doordash and picked up myself. Nobody called me and they didn’t bother in letting me know even though I was charged full price and was given less than half of my order. My question is how does it’s just wings, not have wings? Never again.

I was expecting a new wing place. Being located in Chili’s would have changed my mind on ordering.
As for the wings, they were not crispy…but rather mushy. The garlic parmesean sauce was heavy on black pepper. I tasted neither garlic or parm. There was some sort of coating on the wings…that had nothing to do with the sauce. The fries and wings were both cold.
I’ll continue my search for good wings! The young man that brought out my order was very nice, and polite.

I ordered delivery from here to try something new. The wings were not good, the fries were not good. The coke was great! I will not be ordering delivery from here again. Terrible use of $30. 2/10 for the 3rd party dasher.

Do not order the smoked wings unless you want them almost black on one side. I brought them back to show the restaurant and was told that’s how they turn out. Their seasoning and the fries are good. Everything was hot and freshly cooked. Get the regular wings, I’ve had those before and they’re really good.
