Bagel Boss has been awsome for quite some time. However this last time (Saturday Nov. 15th) was a bit of a disappointment. I asked for one bagel double toasted the rest regular. Every bagel felt as if it was bagel chips. But the most upsetting was the lack of cream cheese. Had to put our own from the fridge. I know this sounds small but if im going to have air fried bagels and my own cream cheese may as well just buy store bought from the supermarket and make em at home. The service was also lackluster. He seemed upset at me ordering more than 4 items. I never understood not writing down orders to rember.
There’s too many places for bagels in this area to deal with bad service and mediocre bagels. Do better.

They have great bagels. I love they have a salt free sugar free bagel. I never have any complaints about the bagels the only complaint I have ever had was the iced coffee didn’t taste fresh and the wait times. There are times where the wait times aren’t long and other times when the wait times are at least 10 minutes before I can order.

The a.c was blasting on a cold rainy day, and after several customers complained how cold it was, the a.c was never turned off. And this is my 4th time eating at this location and always noticing flies hovering around you while you’re trying to eat. It’s is a bit pricey here compared to other stores serving the same food.

Hear me out! I stopped by here around 6:30pm for a sudden craving of salmon. I ordered their L.E.O. Omelette (Lox, Eggs, Onions) on a toasted plain bagel. It comes with coffee for a total of $13.75. Ofc it’s a bit pricey but that’s salmon, so it’s normal. It was made fresh and the customer service was on point since the place was almost empty. They take Apple Pay. The lady asked me how I like my coffee before she made it while the gentleman prepared my bagel. Overall, good experience and good food. I would be back again to order during rush hours, to see if the service is improved from before. The bagel was deff worth it!

I came in at around 2 PM after nearly two years of not visiting as I moved away. I was standing waiting as I see 6 people behind the counter talking, I was finally acknowledged after 6 minutes, where I respond No I have not been helped. A white lady walks up and almost instantly they ignore me and speak to her when I was waiting for nearly 8 minutes at this point. This type of treatment is absolutely unacceptable and disgusting, as I am also a paying customer, but the fact that they decided to ignore me makes me feel that these people do not care. These are the same people I have seen previously but I guess things have changed.

Three workers during lunchtime and nobody serving the counter. I’m the only one in the line. Said hi to one of the people at the counter and got no reply. A Spanish-speaking customer comes to the counter a few minutes after me, a worker starts taking his order. It’s like I didn’t even exist.

Bialy and olive cream cheese were excellent. Coffee was not very good I ordered a hot latte. The service desk is very chaotic they take food order and coffee orders separately and have to keep asking what you wanted bc it isn’t written down when you first order it.

Absolutely terrible. $6 for a bagel with cream cheese. Maybe they charge so much because of the amount of cream cheese they put on a single bagel. I cannot imagine that people actually eat all of that cream cheese. I literally had to scrape it off and it’s more than enough for another bagel. The bagel itself was nothing special. Hard outside and gummy inside. Needless to say, I will not be returning.

I can’t truly rate this place on their food because I only a bagel today…but I’ll say this.. seems to be a quiet, all about business place. I say that because when. I walked in a few workers were restocking so the energy was just work work work. There was “Hellos” or “Hi’s” or small talk when customers came in. But for the place itself, they sell sandwiches, bagels, sweets, pastries, coffee, and more. There are seats and tables inside and a few outside. They have a bathroom. Free parking lot. There is a sign near the register that reads Paying with cash gets you their “discounted” prices but paying with credit and debit card expect a 3.25% fee. (..sounds like some gas stations right) There’s a couple of community newspapers available between the sets of doors.
