Place is great. Good food! Good drinks! My dish came out on a pineapple (pineapple fajitas)…nice! I had dug into it a little before picture…so it i’snt as pretty as when it came out…tasted awesome! Definitely go again!

Great authentic food. I tried Tacos al Pastor with rice and beans. Delicious! My only coming was they have TVs but the football game wasn’t on and they were playing rap music instead of something more authentic or easy going.

Great food. Nice waitstaff. Drinks are good. I’ve ordered a lit of different things and the only one I did not like were the fish tacos. They were bland. Their rice bowls are terrific. Also love their guacamole!

I have long awaited quality authentic Mexican food since returning from California. Excellent experience all around, wait staff were neither disruptive nor unaware of your needs. Beautiful layout, comfortable, relaxed atmosphere. The layout ensured the kitchen access and bar area access did not intrude into the dining area. I would have been satisfied with the excellent food alone, everything else was a welcomed addition.

We decided to try this new restaurant in Hillsboro. All of the ratings were great, but I am not a huge fan of Mexican. The only thing I like is a shrimp dish I get at another restaurant. I told my husband to take my daughter out and bring me back something. There was no menu online, so I called to ask. The owner said he didn’t have what I wanted on the menu per se, but he could make anything I wanted. I decided to go and was pleasantly surprised. The place was remodeled and was upscale. Wait staff were professionally dressed and service was excellent. My husband ordered a bowl of chicken soup and we expected the usual. The presentation was an enormous square bowl with 3 spoons. Everything you could think of was in there. It was amazing. If I get sick this year, that’s the soup I want. Three people ate from the soup bowl and we had plenty to bring home. Everything we ordered was presented beautifully and was delicious. The check was very reasonable. This restaurant deserves your patronage because it is a superior place to eat. It’s tastefully decorated and the music adds ambiance, not noise. Before dinner, I was feeling under the weather. I feel significantly better after eating dinner. Perhaps, it was the fresh ingredients. Try it. You won’t be sorry.

This became my favorite Mexican restaurants pretty much after the first time I came there. The food is varied and fantastic, the service is attentive and upbeat, the atmosphere is lovely with Mexican murals and paintings. Be sure to order the guacamole — a street cart shows up at your table and the guacamole is made fresh in front of your eyes. You can hear each other talk and choose to be away from a game on TV or watch the game with your friends. It’s spacious but feels intimate. This is one place that will absolutely not disappoint no matter what your tastes are.

Super- impressive first visit! Very nice, comfortable space, and our server and the rest of the staff were wonderful. It’s an extensive menu, with lots of authentic Mexican choices. The food was absolutely fabulous – beautifully presented and delicious. Highly recommend!!!

I’ve gotten more than one recommendation to go here, so I decided to try it. The atmosphere was nice and reminded me of some of the places I’ve been in Pueblo CO and Los alimitos CA. The reason im giving this place 3 stars is because the wait staff on hand was forgetful and not very attentive. I ordered water on more than one occasion and never recieved it and just got an apology. My family and i ordered food and waited about an hour for it. The food was delicious(pinapple fajitas),and presentation of the food was terrific(came in a pinapple half). But the non attentive wait staff for the seven tables that where occupied was unreasonable, totally can understand when it gets super busy and having that type of wait. I will give this place another try because the quality of food and hopefully the wait staff improve.
