Went in for a quick solo dinner on Good Friday, restaurant was about half full with local couples and families. Highlight of the restaurant was the charcoal grill in the middle

Service was warm and friendly, despite me only speaking English. The female server especially was outstanding, providing recommendations and checking in regularly during my meal

Food, as the name suggests, is focused on the grill and that is evident in both the tomato soup and teres major steak I ordered. The tomato soup had a nice smoky flavour to it, while maintaining the freshness and acidity of the tomatoes. The steak was especially nice with the smoky flavours from the grill, alongside being well seasoned

Prices were definitely reasonable by Swiss standards, especially so considering the ambience and level of service you get. Highly recommend this spot which is conveniently located within 5 mins walk from city centre / Lucerne hbf

An incredible experience! We came to try the sharing platter (300g) and it was a total success. The lamb and the chicken were cooked to perfection—tender and full of flavor. A special shout-out to the rosemary potatoes and the salad, which were literally dreamy. Every single bite was a delight. Highly recommended! I would come back a thousand times!!

If you’re looking for a great grill restaurant, you’ve come to the right place. The meat, mainly Swiss, is prepared on the charcoal grill. But don’t worry, there are also vegetarian options. The brilliant dishes are paired with fine wines. You can also enjoy a drink at the bar or in the smoking lounge. The service was excellent and the staff were very attentive and knowledgeable. We’ll definitely find our way back here when we visit Lucerne!

Best food in Switzerland!!! We had the shared grill and the meat was amazing, each one seasoned perfect and very tender. The grilled veggies and salad are a wonderful accompaniment and very tasty. Service was very attentive and friendly and food came fast. Thank you for a wonderful experience! Highly recommend!
