I love Starbucks and go to a few locations frequently. This location no matter how many cars/people there are in line takes forever. There’s been many instances I’ve waited in the drive-thru for 30+ minutes. I tried going in and placing an order or doing a mobile order and it has taken that long before too. I understand making drinks takes a while especially at a coffee shop like this but the other locations I go to (Meriden and Wallingford) have no issues. One time I even placed a mobile drive-thru order in hopes it would make their process easier, waited almost 40 minutes in the drive-thru line and was told my order isn’t ready and I have to leave the line so I got my order refunded. I would not recommend this location:(

Recently had an excellent experience at the drive thru with Kody. I asked a fairly dumb question, but he answered cheerfully and kept up the positivity thru the ordering. Then when I got to the window, I forgot to tell him I had a coupon, and he had to issue a refund then re-ring up the order. He stayed friendly and positive the whole time. In this time where people are so short and curt with one another, he brought sunshine to my day and made me feel good. Cheers to him!

Usually liked coming here, but the barista with the pink hair and glasses is incredibly rude. My fiancé was ordering a drink for me and accidentally mixed up what was in the order. He gave me a quick call just to clarify the drink (mind you there was no line behind him) and the barista had an attitude about his confusion and threw her hands up in the air, clearly impatient. I understand the rush as it’s usually a busy coffee shop, but her attitude and tone of voice was unnecessary.

As a long time customer at this location I can honestly say it’s the best one around! The staff is amazing, they are always so kind and attentive to your drink requests. This location is definitely a busy one, but they consistently provide a great customer service experience no matter how hectic their shifts may be. From friendly faces to perfectly crafted drinks they never disappoint! I look forward to seeing my favorite baristas, they definitely don’t get enough credit for the work they do serving the public each day! Thank you all for being the best day makers!!

Ordered almond milk on app, and what I got was definitely normal milk. Not cool. I wont risk going here again.
