This location has very poor customer service. We had a pickup order for 12pm and didn’t get it until 12:30pm. There was apparently shift change happening so the morning crew didn’t want to make the order. They also only gave us five of the six pizzas until my husband requested that they make that last pizza. The food itself was fine but the lack of punctuality was appalling. Will not be ordering from here again

This location has horrible customer service. Do not order here or at least check behind the staff before pulling off with order. I placed a pick up order for 5 pizzas online, 1 of the pizzas was incorrect. I called the establishment to inform of the incorrect order. I was advised by a male, based on voice, to bring all 5 pizzas back including the receipt. When I requested to speak to a manager over the phone, I was told by the man on the phone that he was the manager & he provided me a name of Mike. Although I was annoyed due to the high cost of gas and the inconvenience of having to tell my by then “hangry” children that they could not eat yet because of the request to bring all pizzas back, I took all pizzas with receipt back. Once I arrived, I was met at the counter by a middle age lady & I asked to speak to said manager Mike & was told there was no manager on duty & no one there working named Mike. By then I became upset & advised I had spoke to a man less than 5mins ago regarding my issue. There were two younger teenage guys making pizza, laughing at the entire frustration taking place at the front counter. One of which I think may have been the one that lied to me over the phone. After no resolution or even an apology for the lack of following directions and the inconvenience alone, the lady at the counter said I used profanity & refused to help me with my requested refund. The lack of customer service & placing yourself in the customer’s shoes that are keeping you employed is mind blowing. I will NEVER spend my money at this location again.

Let me guess — according to their “establishment logic,” pepperoni is basically just a spicy tomato leaf, and sausage counts as a “hearty herb.”
If you order a veggie pizza, you’re expecting vegetables. That’s not a complicated concept. It’s literally in the name. The idea that their process somehow overrides basic food categories is like saying, “Oh, our system puts sugar in your black coffee, but it’s fine because that’s just how we do things here.” No — it’s not fine, it’s just wrong.
The worst part? This isn’t just about preference — it’s about trust. If a place can’t respect something as simple as “no meat on a veggie pizza,” why should anyone believe them about ingredients, allergens, or dietary restrictions?
Honestly, it’s not “how the establishment works.”
It’s “how the establishment loses customers.”

Recently moved to this area & this is third time ordering pizza & wings from Domino’s. Food is consistently good. We always do carry out. Service us quick & friendly. Parking lot is small, but we’ve never had a problem getting a space. It’s easy to get in & out of the downtown square.

I hadn’t had Domino’s Pizza in over a decade, but their ads look good. So, after a doctor’s appointment, I went to Domino’s to get dinner for my family. Not only was it expensive, but it tasted awful. Worse than I remember it tasting. The people were great, the place looked nice, and I like that they advertise that they pay $20/hour, but I won’t be back. (Maybe in another decade, I’ll try it again.)

We have been ordering from here for a little over a year. Until 2 months ago. We received the service you’d expect from a chain pizza place. But tonight is the 2nd time our order was over an hour late and lukewarm, at best. Last time the manager said they’d refund the cost of our order, but still haven’t seen the return hit to our account/card. Not sure if they have new management or are short staffed, but we’ll be ordering from somewhere else moving forward.

Terrible experience from start to finish. My food arrived over 1 hour after it was marked ready from a store that is only 6 minutes away. When I called to ask about the delay, the manager hung up on me. He later called back and was extremely rude.
I called again to cancel the order because it would miss my lunch window. During that call, the phone was set aside and I could hear staff talking in the background for 20 minutes with no response.
When I called back again to cancel and request a refund, I was told there was no refund because the order had been delivered, despite the fact that I had already called to cancel. When I tried to explain, I was yelled at, told “I’m not talking to you anymore,” and then hung up on.
Overall, completely unacceptable customer service, especially from someone identifying themselves as the manager. I will not be ordering from this location again.

Most of the time, there is no issue with the food or service at this location but when there is it is terrible.
The first issue I had earlier this year I ordered three pizzas through the app so the would be ready when I got there, but somehow they “lost” my third pizza and had to remake it. It took 30 mins and I was not compensated for their incompetence.
Today I ordered one pizza 20 mins before I arrived at the store and it set on prep for those 20 mins in the pizza tracker. When I arrived the pizza was not ready and there was no pizzas being made. I was told there was 40 pizzas to made before mine, however there was no pizzas currently being prepped. Again I wasn’t compensated for their incompetence and I canceled the order.

Assistant manager “Mike” (last name refused) had an extremely poor attitude very unbecoming of managerial staff. The incapability to get orders right on a consistent basis at this establishment is mind-boggling. Not only is their back of house incapable of proper order production, they also create whatever order pops into their insubordinate minds. Now on to the way they conduct business. I placed the order under my phone number to make it easier on myself. When I call back to right the wrongs that have forsaken me the automated message notices I am a returning customer and I then placed on an indefinite hold. After 7 agonizing minutes of dystopian elevator music I finally have the bright idea to call from my boyfriend’s phone. In no less than forty five seconds we get an answer and the phone that was on hold was hung up on. To me that means this repulsive excuse for a restaurant is more willing to take potential clients than help those currently in need. All in all I am woefully disappointed at the transgressions they have laid upon me and I will not be opening my pocket book to this dominoes again.
