My wife and I went to this restaurant and Arnold had tended us after being busy with a male customer who was in front of us. The person in front of us was eating samples as he was walking through the line. It also took a long time for him to check out because he wanted more sweet and sour sauce & more soy sauce which Arnold complied. Finally he came to us and my wife asked if she could sample the orange chicken and he refused. My wife asked why and he responded that they don’t give samples after COVID, but my wife said, then why were you giving him all those samples and he was eating them in line, and he didn’t know how to respond. I told him I would pay for the sample. But then the cook and short order clerk were also trying to get into the conversation. They were all very beligerent so we just left. They were also passive aggressive and yelled out God bless you all. There woks were mostly empty of what we wanted and that’s the reason my wife’s wanted to sample of what they did have. I wanted the mushroom chicken which they didn’t have, and I asked when it would be done and Arnold said I don’t know. We left. I can’t believe these kids behaved that way and discriminated my wife. I took pictures of their empty woks. We went to another Panda Express and the staff was extremely nice. Even the manager there (Josue) gave us free drinks to try without asking. He told us the manager at the Walzem place was Ken and that he was probably not there. The panda express on Nacogdoches is a 5 star restaurant and the staff are very nice, compared to the bad beligerent staff on Walzem with no manager on site and empty woks. I live nearby here, but will never go back. I am going to contact their major headquarters because this is bad business.

We used to love this location bc we live nearby,about 2 years ago this was my fav location but lately their food sucks! I know this is a greasy plate but lately they’ve exaggerated with the grease, i got a bowl with chow main and it was literally only cabbage and onions! They must have switched staff or something bc their servings lately are really bad. Last week i swung by and grabbed some food and it was same story,decided to try it again today but it sucked just like last time!

The food is always consistent. They have a wide variety of food to choose from . I like the orange chicken . There egg rolls are quite popular as luck would have it there weren’t any made . They did have spring rolls . There flavored drinks looks very appealing. The staff is friendly and helpful. The restaurant is kept clean and well maintained. I would definitely recommend this place

I just left the Panda Express on Walzem, and the person working the drive‑thru made absolutely no effort to understand me. It felt like they didn’t want to deal with me because of my English. Right after that, I went to another Panda Express ( Rittiman Rd ) and the drive‑thru employee understood me immediately with zero problems. The difference in customer service was unacceptable.

My Favorite Panda Express that I go to food is always nice hot and delicious Customer Service is Excellent They are always Busy but for Great Reason. All the Employees do a Wonderful Job. Damian and Keilen took care of me today when i visit they are Great.

Honestly, this panda blows the one off 410 and Blanco out of the water. The food comes out hotter, fresher, and you can really taste the difference. It’s clear they take care with their orders here, and it makes all the difference compared to the other location. I’ve only been through the drive-through, but the few times I’ve gone the food has always been super fresh so thank you.

I came Throw the drive through to order myself some beef and broccoli and what I got Was nothing but broccoli when I came back to talk to the manager , she was very Rude and said that they had put meat So I asked her then.Where is it at she’s Said sorry we can’t give you meat.. Cause you already left the premises.. That’s some BS!!! I will never go there again.
