Amazing. We were in town today for a basketball tournament. Called ahead. They had everything ready for our party of 30. Service on point. Food was great. And did. I mention service was great!? Ask for Mama. She’s the best.

I ordered wings via phone call and I am a little sad. I ordered BBQ wings and it was more of a dry rub. I wish they would have mentioned that over the phone. My husband liked his buffalo wings. The in house ranch was really good.

We just had popped in for lunch as we were in town for a sporting event. The staff was fantastic, the food was great, and we even popped over to the bakery! We didn’t realize it had just closed but the ladies were so kind and helpful regardless. We will keep this up place in mind when we come yearly. Thanks so much!

Gotta tell ya, its a bit chilly inside so make sure you get a table furthest from the door during the winter season. If your a fish and chips kinda person, I highly recommend. Wife ordered a steak & szechuan vegetable bowl and I tried it and it was delicious, yet a bit skimpy on size. I frequent there in the summer, and its a great place hang out and have a couple cold snacks. They also have roof top area to enjoy as well. Hope you enjoy your visit.

We stopped in for a quick dinner after seeing the positive reviews online. We were only in town for the day. I tried the chili and it was low key awesome. The other three people I was with enjoyed their meals as well. Note to microbreweries: please stop making your stouts so sweet! Nobody likes that crap. Go back to making good stouts that are smooth and drinkable.

I left this restaurant extremely disappointed — again. The food, the service, the atmosphere… all of it missed the mark. The ribs were honestly just sad: dry as could be, right along with the toast. Even the coleslaw, which they describe as “creamy,” was dry and flavorless.
The service wasn’t any better, and unfortunately that’s nothing new here. We couldn’t even get a basic refill on waters, which we definitely needed after trying to get through that dry rack of ribs. Every visit I’ve had has been consistently underwhelming, both in food and service.
What really made me shake my head was seeing them poke fun at local restaurants that host jingle/sparkle bar pop-ups. Maybe if they tried something fun or engaging like that, they’d actually be busy — and maybe people would have a reason to come back. Iron Tap and their owners clearly have bigger fish to fry than making skits for Facebook. How about fixing the outdated website, improving the food, and actually delivering decent customer service?
Until those things change, I won’t be returning.

Iron Tap was full for Valentine’s Day. The service was very good considering the amount of people in the restaurant. The food was amazing especially the cheese curds. Portion sizes were generous. I would definitely go back again@

We visited this wonderful place with our birthday girl friend earlier today. Our immediate reaction was good in that the architecture, design, and layout was very impressive. The front of the building looks great and the outdoor rooftop dining (we didn’t do this today), was nice.
Mama, our server, made our experience great. She treated our birthday girl well and even led the happy birthday singing as the entire restaurant crowd joined in. Mama got creative with our drinks when I said, “surprise me with a beer”. She created some mix samples that were very good. The other server was very friendly and nice too as she also posed for our photos.
This was one of my favorite dining experiences. Yes, the cheese curds are some of the best in MN. Yes, the chicken wings are awesome. Yes, this is a place that has the perfect balance of everything.
Great job. You created a very memorable afternoon for our birthday party roadtrip. We will be visiting again and we will, for sure, tell everyone about our great experience here.

I will be back! I had the Fries Chicken Parmesan and it was absolutely delicious. The sauce was better than I’ve had at fancy expensive Italian restaurants. The chicken was crispy and perfect on the outside, moist and tender on the inside. Definitely recommend. My boyfriend had the Zen burger & fries. He said the burger was delicious as well. Next time I come back I’ll order that! All wait staff were friendly, helped each other out and smiling all evening. Bravo! .
