2 of the employees were working really hard. One was causing more confusion than working the 2 working one were trying there best to catch up on orders being extremely nice to customers who were waiting for simple orders for over 30 minutes.. number 3 employee needs some serious training if he she was there 1 day or if he’s or she’s been there for awhile out the door. He she was causing more problems than working. The reason I said he she is the people next to me said she and I definitely think it’s he ,but who knows

We have tried to go in twice now this week and the first time the hours clearly state open until 10pm, we arrived first at the window at 8:20pm; no answer, so we figured it was busy or maybe they didn’t know we had pulled up. We went around to the front and the doors were locked and the young woman was sitting there at a table not paying any mind to not only us, but the older couple as waiting outside as well. Tonight we decided to call the location instead and was forwarded to a call center which is fine, however the customer service representative could not get anyone on the line either and assumed they were closed. Poor excuse for customer service “at location” and productivity. If hours have changed please update them clearly for future customers. Judging by the reviews this is not a properly ran location in a town that is smaller and has very little options already.

The place is a joke. Robertsdale would be better opening a better pizza joint tbh. Went through drive-through 3 times. Each time I was told your order isnt ready wait 5 min pull back around… that happened 3 times until i finally sat in my car in front of the store. Waited over 30 minutes… AFTER the time I was supposed to be there. They also tried to put some salt on a reg pepperoni pizza to make us think it was the pretzel pizza…. we will NOT be coming back

I like this location and have bought a few pizzas here. I think it closed because the employees went on strike (quit). It’s open again and I’m sure they are doing the best they can to stay open, but it needs to close for a few days of serious training. Bought two pizzas by the time I made it home the one box was dripping grease. The first pizza looked and tasted good but grease was too heavy box was soaked. (Not good for presentation or the owners wallet as the supplies are clearly getting wasted and I will explain this later.) the first pizza was missing a portion of the crust on one side and an abundance on the other. The second pizza box was not oily but the pizza was burnt and the box contained crunchy burnt bits around the pizza probably from the pan (seasoned portions falling off) when your trying to get repeat customers presentation and taking the time to put out a properly baked and cut product sells itself and failing at this simple act of paying attention costs customers. Back to cheese bread the bread was cut shallow and multiple attempts to make a straight cut. Slow down pay attention. To your product and focus on finishing all tasks correctly apologize for extended times. Once the product is consistently good focus on time. Housekeeping is reflected in the product so I’m sure there are housekeeping issues to address. I’m including pictures to help understand how bad this experience was and how much grease was in that one pizza box. I’m doing this so someday I may be able to get a cheap but good product that I usually get from the namesake. So far here that has not been the case and now it’s somehow worse. Oh I forgot to add that the bread box had at least 10 liners that were half out of the bottom and the box wouldn’t stay closed just to address the waste from rushing. I should add this place was not busy. And the items I got were hot and ready (cool and greasy and burnt) you can’t expect to keep doors open with the absolute lack of effort.

This place is Mismanaged with a capital “M.” The lobby was full of people waiting on food as well as the parking lot and drive thru. Employees were telling people who came in that there was a 1 hour wait. The employee making crazy bread was on his phone with his left hand and brushing butter with right hand…. Never looking at the product. Team in the back was loud and goofing off and just playing around. Not worried at all about the customer. Worst I’ve seen with regards to customer service and care in a long time. Please see my picture attached. My pizza was given to me (after being told that it was lost) at 7:40 PM. Order was placed at 6:33 PM and supposed to ready around 6:40 PM. Lack of care and service was ridiculous. Last trip to this location.

I wish I could give zero stars. They forgot my crazy sauce. Gave me a Pepsi instead of the Mountain Dew I ordered. Went crazy on the sauce on the cheese pizza I ordered. When I called up there to give them a chance to redeem themselves. I hung up after an hour trying to get through to the store. The store is a joke!

Usually go to the Daphne, AL Location, but I stopped on my way home from work at the Robertsdale, AL location. After walking in, no one even came to the counter for a few minutes, which not a big deal, maybe they were short staffed, but no one even acknowledged I was there. Not a good business practice! Got crazy bread, and it was doughy (white and not fully cooked), and had NO flavor, because they didn’t even put the parmesan and butter on it that they normally do! Got the Ultimate supreme, and it was fairly flavorless, which I don’t even know how that’s possible! I got the pretzel pizza that’s “back for a limited time”, and it isn’t the pretzel pizza they previously had. The original was a cheese sauce, and this was made with a red sauce. I wouldn’t have ordered it if I had known that, because who dips pretzels in marinara?!?! I won’t go back to that location, I will stick to the original one I go to, because they seem like they care!

This is the 3RD TIME IN A ROW our pizza has been absolutely demolished; running off the sides, cut any which way. It’s clear they do not care whatsoever they are just going to half ass it and get it out of the way. My uncles run the little caesar’s in fairhope and i know for a fact these pizzas would not have left the store is this state. Absolutely shameful
