Great place if you want Gluten Free pancake. Other places don’t make em as good as ihop. Of course lots of other items for everyone. It’s a nice touch where they bring you coffee and extra coffee in a kettle, for you to pour when you need some more.

Lupita is my waitress and she is the absolute best! Every time I see her ( which is often ) she always has a smile on her face and she is so patient and helpful with me. To tell you the truth I visit Ihop to see her and the delicious iced tea she makes me.

Quiet atmosphere. I ordered a salmon plate and it was not cooked very well however I did order it in the morning so it’s possible the cook was not used to cooking it. Service wasnt terrible. She was quick to check on us and mostly left us on our own and placed us in a quiet area which was totally fine with us because it fit the day we were having.
Bathroom stalls are very cramped with barely leg space to get around the stall door to allow it to close. This is the overall reason for the reduced star.

We just had lunch at I -hop in Novato. Lupita was our waitress, always with a smile. Javier the bus boy is always right there to pick up your plates and filling in to wrap the utensils up. Lupita and Javier have made this place always good to come anytime your hungry.
