It was absolutely splendid. Our server was Drew and he was so charming and sweet, even gave us complimentary dessert (won our hearts). Everyone was very attentive, I adored every second there. The place was also beautiful. The food delicious!! I loved it and can’t wait to come again.

10/10 Mediterranean/Italian spot!

Had a lovely time at sister with some friends last night! The food was delicious, drinks divine and the ambiance in the restaurant unmatched.

Would recommend the Pac Pac Sour, Veal & Pork Meatballs, Za’atar Focaccia, and White Amatriciana. So yum!

We had a wonderful experience at Sister in Greenville, and it absolutely lived up to the hype. We started with the Bengal potatoes and eggplant fries, and both were outstanding—perfectly cooked, well-seasoned, and incredibly fresh. The flavors were bold yet balanced, making them hard to stop snacking on.

For the mains, we ordered a couple of pesto pastas with no meat, and they were exceptional. The pesto was vibrant and aromatic, with just the right amount of richness, and the pasta itself tasted fresh and thoughtfully prepared. Even without meat, the dishes were deeply satisfying and full of flavor, which really speaks to the quality of the ingredients and the skill in the kitchen.

Overall, everything we tried was fresh, tasty, and beautifully executed. Sister is a fantastic spot for vegetarians (and non-vegetarians alike) who appreciate high-quality food done right. We’ll definitely be back to explore more of the menu!

We had a wonderful experience at Sister for a family dinner on New Year’s Eve. The atmosphere was perfect for the occasion, and the service was excellent throughout the night.
Every dish we ordered was a hit—the Grilled Cauliflower and Fried Eggplant were standout starters, and the Pesto Fusilli was incredibly fresh and flavorful. We also really appreciated the high-quality mocktails, which were creative and felt very celebratory. We finished with the Chocolate Custard Cake, and it was the perfect end to the meal.
Highly recommend this spot if you’re looking for a great meal with plenty of delicious options.

We headed to Sister for date night with no expectations, and it knocked our socks off! The atmosphere was perfect. The dim lighting and eclectic decor set the tone. The menu is creative, including an array of well curated flavors. We decided to take our server, Sean’s suggestions for everything. We started with the foccacia. It was enormous! It had a crispy, savory, smoky edge that complimented the soft interior beautifully. No kidding, the bread alone was worth the trip for this bread loving girl. Next we had the waygu short rib. My WORD! This dish stole the show! The meat was tender and flavored perfectly. It was paired with a dressed salad and an apple puree. A taste of all these together created a savory, tart, acidic and smoky explosion of flavor in my mouth. It was extremely rich, so a little went a long way (which is good because it is craveable). Next we tried the potatoes. These were earthy, with a savory sauce and tangy cheese garnish. They were wonderful, but we didn’t eat as much of this because we were too busy dipping our forks into the rib. Next we tried one of the pasta dishes. We went with their newest dish, White Amatriciana. It was amazing. It was a long pasta with a rich cream sauce, crispy panchetta, pesto and other goodies. We enjoyed it, but we kept going back to the rib until we were really too full to enjoy it properly. We took home a piece of the cake (another wow).
Overall it was an enjoyable evening that we will definitely repeat. We loved the creativity and thought the chef put into this menu. It was obvious to us that this chef has a love and respect for the art he/she puts on the plate.

My friends and I ate here for my birthday, and it was amazing! I haven’t been to many nice restaurants like this, so it truly felt like a magical experience. The atmosphere was lovely. The service was wonderful—everyone was personable, kind, and attentive. We had great service with Leslie and Matt! Since we were just visiting, the staff gave us plenty of great local recommendations. The food was absolutely incredible. Every dish was packed with flavor. My favorites were the charred carrots, crusted redfish, and ricotta cheesecake! If I’m ever back in Dallas, I’ll definitely be coming here again!

“I tried… twice. I really did.”

This was my second visit, and honestly, I think that was one visit too many. The first time, I had pasta that was perfectly average — the kind of dish you forget about before you even leave the parking lot. Plenty of places do it better.

This time, I ordered the beets & avocado and the eggplant fries. The fries were decent. The beets & avocado, however, tasted like a culinary dare. We barely touched it. Basic cooking 101 would tell you that beets need acidity — a squeeze of lemon transforms them — yet somehow this dish arrived completely unbalanced. I’m genuinely shocked the chef thought it was ready for public consumption.

When I told the waitress the dish wasn’t good, she simply took it away like we were both agreeing to pretend it never happened. No apology, no “let me check with the kitchen,” nothing. She also asked what we wanted to order about 30 seconds after we sat down, which felt less like dining and more like being rushed through a drive-thru with chairs.

For the main course, I had the redfish. It was okay — not offensive, not exciting. If I were starving and it was the only thing on the menu, sure, I’d eat it again. My friend ordered the wagyu short ribs, which did not taste like wagyu, and at $53 a plate, the very least they could do is serve the meat warm. (Just the meat — not asking for the whole plate to be microwaved.)

The one bright spot was the Jawberry Stroller cocktail. Sweet, refreshing, and honestly the only thing I’d confidently recommend.

Overall, the food was expensive, underwhelming, and the service didn’t help. I won’t be attempting visit number three.

This is a pretty solid choice for a date night spot. The pesto pasta, lobster burrata, and clam pasta are all delicious, but we were a little disappointed with the portion size. Also, having to pay for the seemingly complimentary anniversary cake that they brought out made us laugh. However, it’s a cute spot on Greenville and my partner and I had a fun experience here. Be prepared to pay to play, this place will easily run you $100+.

Sister Restaurant delivered an absolutely amazing evening! The service was top-notch—attentive, warm, and perfectly paced from start to finish. The atmosphere buzzes with that lively neighborhood trattoria charm, making it feel special yet welcoming. The food stole the show, especially their impressive vegetarian options (a huge win for plant-based diners). We loved the beets & avocado salad (earthy and fresh), broccoli with figs and pistachios (bold flavors!), Bengal potatoes (crispy perfection), and gailo pasta (silky and flavorful). Paired with the blueberry mocktail—refreshing and spot-on—it was a flawless meal. Can’t recommend enough for great vibes and veggie-forward Italian-ish fare!

We made a reservation here as part of the Sapphire Exclusive Tables program on OpenTable and had no complaints. Food, service, and atmosphere was excellent.

Highly recommend for either dinner date or a small group dining experience. Our waitress Brianna suggested family style ordering for our table of 5 and that’s the way we did it!
