I got the spicy Chicken sandwich Combo and my wife got the Chicken Dinner.
Between the two I enjoyed the chicken dinner more. They were both pretty tasty though. What really slapped is the fries, so crisp and delicious.
The spicy chicken wasn’t what I expected, it was jerked.
The floors were very sticky and it felt like a grease hut.
The workers were kind, but looked ready to leave. This is fair because we came in a half hour before close, so God bless them for being there late on a Sunday night.
It was good but not my first choice.

The food here is great…if you ever get it.
We come here pretty consistently, and the service is consistently poor. We often get the wrong items and have to wait for 10-15 minutes in the drive through, even if the drive through and lobby are empty when we drive up.
The bathrooms are also consistently nasty and the prices have increased dramatically.

We ordered two combo meals online for pick up at 5:30pm. The online ordering is difficult to use and you can’t view available pick up times until you are checking out. We got there at 5:29pm to cold burgers and sides that had been made too far in advance. My mozzarella sticks are cold and hard. The sweet potato fries were cold and had been cooked for too long in old oil. Our buns were soggy and my burger only had one pickle slice! Our drinks were extremely watered down from having sit for too long with the ice. My husband was not greeted at the counter and rather had our order thrusted at him with no words. There was no one in the restaurant and only two cars in the drive through so we weren’t sure why he was rushed out.
However the sauce on the burger and honey mustard were really tasty.

The manager ignores food safety. His big bushy red beard is not netted while preparing food. When I was served ice cold fries, the manager told the cashier he was going to reheat them. If you know health code, that is a huge no no. I insisted they needed to replace them, yet came out with attitude, and the 2 orders that were supposed to be spicy fries, were completely unseasoned. He gruffly grabbed the fries and walked away talking about how there were so many orders and people were waiting for their food. He was right, as the only dining room order that was yet to be filled, we were waiting for our food. When he came back, he had 2 orders of fries drowning in unreasonable amounts of seasonings. See photo. If you don’t mind, health code violations, and to be re-served somebody else’s food with attitude, go to iceberg! Everyone except the manager was kind and helpful.
Update:
After contact with iceberg, I believe the proper corrective actions are in the works. With a focus on food safety for all, the owner seems to understand how urgent it is to ensure all employees are properly trained to keep you safe. Thank you iceberg!

This was our worst order by far. We ordered grilled ham and cheese sandwiches for the whole family and the bread wasn’t toasted on the outside and there was a half piece of cheese and 1 thin slice of ham. The crust was rock solid as well. Definitely not worth $6 a piece. Highly disappointed I’ll stick to making these at home.

The teenager working the front was yelling back and forth to the kitchen and bossing other employees around, which made the whole place feel tense and uncomfortable. When I walked up to order, he was looking off to the side and didn’t seem aware that I was even standing there.
After we ordered, our food was set on the stand and sat there while he continued making shakes. He looked at the food, then walked to the back to do something else instead of handing it out. Overall, the lack of attentiveness and professionalism made the visit frustrating

Food was good took a long time to get it. Didn’t offer sauces and was was handed the bag in a funny way which made me grab the footlong hotdog and squish it. I am happy I gave them a second chance.

Thought this was a Mexican restaurant, boy was I surprised when I realized a Mexican restaurant sold burgers and milkshakes! 10 out of 10
My son is obsessed with iceberg restaurant and actually also regular icebergs (like the one that crashed into the titanic). He ate a chocolate milkshake, and he said it melted in the car and it became an ice age situation, Sid appeared in the milkshake, manny too… well he was right.
After that happened an actual iceberg came out of the milkshake and caused the highway to get blocked for 18 hrs, mothers lost their babies, babies lost there bibles, bibles lost religion, and the rapture came about.

Of course there’s going to be somewhat of a wait when a popular restaurant opens, but we went there recently and everything seems under control now – we experienced fast and friendly service, so no complaints here.
We haven’t been to an Iceberg in ages, partly because (although the shakes were awesome back then) the food had a reputation of being a bit greasy, especially the fries. We were pleased to find the menu has been updated. Some might say the menu has limited options, but if you want a great classic burger & shake meal, this is the place to get it! I got the fries with my burger and they were lightly battered and crispy, just the way I like them. My husband is a big fan of onion rings and he was greatly impressed by these big boys! The shakes are still incredibly delicious! Get the largest size they offer, it’s worth the price difference. I got the Nutella shake and it had yummy swirls of it all throughout. We’ll definitely be back!

Stay away from this Place. Worst customer Service. Employees treating you bad Calling you all sorts of names and Threatening you. Especially some guy called Kolton. Trying to hit my wife. Stay away. Food is not good anyway. Wannabe Manager . Can stuff his Burger wherever. Terrible Place
