Malley’s has great choclate but some of there locations also have really fun ice cream parlors. This Malley’s is themed around a circus / carousel which is really fun. The sundaes here are huge for the price. The banana split and the malley o’s sundaes are excellent. But while your here I’d also suggest trying the hot chocolate it’s very good and great for the winter. The ice cream parlor is full service so a server will come to you with menus and drinks. But you will pay for your bill up front at the candy counter. Your server will not take your payment method. You also get complimentary pretzels while you wait. Now the parlor can be booked for birthday party’s. If a birthday is going on this place is packed and finding a table can be really hard. Just look on the big Malley’s sign out front it say H happy Birthday [Name] that’s your clue that a party may be happening. But absolutely stop by when your in the area for a unique experience you will not see at most malleys.

I was gifted multiple boxes of chocolate and chocolate bars from Malley’s this year and I have to say, half the fillings taste like playdoh. The bars tasted good, but the ingredients list on everything is a mile long. They should get back to basics and use real ingredients that actually taste good.

I’ve been coming here since the late 70’s when I was a little boy. Being a military brat, I was limited to enjoying the delicious sundae’s (with warm fudge and chopped nuts) once or twice a year. Now my son gets to enjoy the many flavors of ice cream, yummy candies, and the same great service.

If you want to step back in time, visit Malley’s Chocolate North Olmsted where magic happens the moment you step inside: colorful boxes and little cellophane bags filled with candies and chocolate and truffles; ice creams, sherbets, sundaes; fruit slices of every color of the rainbow! It’s like stepping straight into the Land of Oz – color and brightness everywhere you look. And the smells, oh my…You don’t walk to your table, you are transported on a wave of chocolate and candy scents! And if that is not enough, there is a fully working carousel where you can actually sit and have your dessert. There was a birthday celebration that day so we sat at a regular table.
I had an ice cream cone – I was very pleased that they introduced a new flavor of dairy free ice cream: cookies and cream! It was deliciously creamy and rich tasting! And I was in a cheerful mood so I asked the server to give my ice cream eyes, which they did, so my ice cream looked very cute! A very fun and delicious experience.

My boyfriend and I stopped in for a quick dessert, and the manager (I didn’t catch his name, unfortunately) went above and beyond to make our experience special. He was incredibly kind, patient as we made our selections. His warm demeanor and genuine care made us feel like valued customers. The chocolates were, as always, amazing. But it was the manager’s exceptional service that truly made our visit memorable. We’ll definitely be back, and I highly recommend this location!

Absolutely delicious tasting chocolates with so many options to choose from. The peanut butter truffles are my favorite. They also have good chocolate covered potato chips, chocolate covered pretzels, and many options for chocolate bars and gift boxes. They also offer ice cream at this location. The hot fudge is amazing! Brought my friend there and he was going to order a waffle cone and I convinced him to switch to a sundae to try the hot fudge. Safe to say he loved the sundae and wants to visit again in the future.
Kind and diligent staff with a friendly atmosphere.
