We ordered a strawberry limeade and a snack wrap and got a free 4-Piece mozzarella stick or service was really fast our food was really good. The staff was also friendly I think this location has definitely gotten better.

I had left a review about a month or two ago about the issue being the drinks were never made correctly. Moving forward to now, my husband and I have been in the mood for shakes after dinner. We order on the mobile app so we don’t have to wait so long. We show up and after it taking forever to get someone to answer the call button (mind you, it’s never busy) we still wind up waiting 20-30 minutes for two shakes. Not to mention we get our shakes and they look partially melted. It would be one thing if this were something that happened once, maybe twice. But every single time…?! And everyone acts like you’re bothering them when you ask questions.

I think the managers and carhops are great!! There are lots of smiles and they definitely want the customer to be happy. They are community-minded which I really appreciate! They make my special drink very, so well, I get a Rt44 twice a day.

I found a damn bug in my food! I ate half of these tots before I saw it and was chewing on a tot from the area I found the bug in! This is disgusting! When I worked there the place had no care for cleanliness what do ever and that was when Covid was just starting, and there were people sticking their bare hands in the ice cooler for drinks, just to play with the ice and touch it. Disgusting! I told corporate then, and then I left! I thought maybe they would have fixed their cleaning better by now, but obviously not! If you continue to hand out disgusting food garnished with bugs, from a dirty store, then you will end up making people sick! And more than likely get sued! Do better sonic! I have half a mind to call and report your store to the health department! Disgusting!

Placed an order on the Sonic App to be picked up. When I got there I sat for 40 minutes after pushing the button twice and then saying it would be right out.
Long story short there was confusion. The manager came out with the car hop to apologize, she had also refunded the money and gave a drink token. Great customer service. Things will not always be perfect but kindness goes along way.

The food is horrible. Tater tots cooked with old grease shake taste very strange. It took forever to get the order. Do yourself a favor don’t bother trying to get good food here. Took over 30 mins for horrible hot dog and tots

Why does it ALWAYS take 15+ minutes to answer the button. And then when you use the app, might as well go in there and cook it yourself. Takes FOREVER. No matter what time of the day it is. Takes forever. If I did not order on the Sonic App I would have driven away. They always get the order wrong. Basic reading skills, the app says exactly what we wanted. Food is cold, drinks are watered down. Absolutely the worse sonic. Unfortunately nothing will be done about it, and I’m basically wasting bandwidth leaving this review.
