I ordered a Cantina Chicken Crispy Taco Meal. They didnt give me a box. The “Cantina Chicken Crispy tacos” weren’t even close to crispy. The cheese wasnt even melted on the outside. It fell off the tacos. One of my tacos were broken and unholdable. When asked about it, they tried to tell me that’s what I ordered and that’s just how they come. They completely forgot my husbands chalupa and gave us chicken burrito dippers when he order steak. The lady at the cashier had a “that’s your problem attitude”

I can’t get with the skimpy tacos they’re trying to sell at taco bell on 51st st The soft taco supreme party pack ($41.00 btw) had barely any meat,cheese, tomatoes (if any at ALL) I had to take them back and lettuce were so little in the tacos that it was mostly tortilla.
They literally act like they’re paying for the ingredients outta their own pocket skimpy. And by god don’t ask them to fix your order when it’s wrong too. Attitude &&& SKIMPIER tacos all the way. They acted like I was being dishonest,even!!! We quit going.I was truly disappointed,me and my daughter both.The sad part is that all of this came from the manager herself
We used to go to this place 2 or 3 times a month. We’ve quit going all together. They mess with your order big time if you actually expect them to take your order and don’t use a kiosk. Big attitudes about that one

Bad customer service and food not worth the money. Paid 15$ for 3 hard shell tacos, the new steak poblano quesidella, all was in there was bunch of lettuce cheese, and a piece or tortilla with sauce. Ask for more fire sauce and they drive thru lady just throw in 1 pack. Got to ask for napkins all the time. Too many things to write down. Will not go there again. This place a POS. Not worth the money.

Where do I begin? The wife and I rarely eat fast food. The last thing I expect is to spend $30 and not enjoy a single bite of my order. The largest piece of the meal had zero amounts of meat. The other three “sandwiches” tasted off as if they had begun to spoil. There was nothing enjoyable about our meal and I feel like I got ripped off. I will not be going back to this location ever again

I don’t normally eat at Taco Bell but I walked up to the kiosk and ordered a customizable experience for me my kiddo. The food was surprisingly very good, chips fresh my burrito was as close as I could get to a beef meximelt that has been gone from their menu for years. The staff was very attentive and courteous. The drink station and condiments were all well cared for and this restaurant was very, very clean. All I needed was a meximelt. Kudos to the Manager and staff they got this one right!!!!

I was so excited for west Tulsa to get a Taco Bell however I’ve been constantly disappointed with each visit. I still come even though I get poor service and my quesadillas fall apart. I attached a photo of my quesadilla for laughs.
