When you have been at work since 330. In the morning and you stop by 2 get dinner for your family at 7 o’clock at night on your way home. From work and they don’t give you the right food, but they read the ticket to you. So you assume they know what they’re doing only to get home to find out they didn’t give you the right food, and when you call to tell them they say, oh it’s still sitting under the light if you want to come, get it. Which is a twenty minute drive back and not once, did anybody apologize

Food is good, staff is friendly however, every time I go for take out, the order is wrong. I call and talk to the manager and he is friendly, he asks me to bring it back up and they remake it at no charge and he apologizes. Now, I check it before I leave and it’s still wrong. They apologize and remake it. This has happened 5 times. How hard could it be to make a turkey sub with cheese, lettuce and mayo only??? This has got to be expensive for them and it’s definitely a hassle for me.

The Elizabeth’s Pizza Walkertown (Dine-In Experience). I could tell that not all Elizabeth’s Pizza’s are the same upon entering the restaurant. Moreover, the place looked spotless in comparison to other Elizabeth’s and had an open feel. I went to the restroom to wash my hands, and it did appear to be clean also. Then, I ordered their grilled chicken salad, and to my amazement, it was enormous for a lunch size order. I almost felt a little overwhelmed by the size. The service was ok, but I believe additional staff on duty could have been helpful. Nevertheless, I will be back to this Elizabeth’s Pizza because of the clean atmosphere this place offers. They also have a nice size outside sitting area if you prefer to dine outside instead of inside.

This was our 1st time dining at this location. We sat outside on the patio. We had fantastic service & the food was absolutely delicious. We started with the mozzarella sticks & had garden salads with our puttanesca pasta. Yummy!
