Manager Brianna or Brianne and the two girls are not good people..
It is 7:30 on a Tuesday night and I ordered a large pizza and told them I had a coupon for $9.99..
I live right near that location it’s the only one I eat at so I bring the coupon in they tell me that’s not the coupon from our store and I said well it has to be because it was stapled on the box the last two times I ordered..
I did not raise my voice,
I did not call them names,
All I said was look in the computer and you can tell I don’t order anywhere else I’m telling you the coupons came from here..
At which point the manager starts yelling and this is all on video..
Calling me a liar in front of other patrons,
Tell me to leave the store or she’s going to call the cops on me..
So I leave immediately so I turn around real fast and I just cracked the door I don’t even step in and I say is my phone on the counter.. they tell no and I leave… Every single bit of this is documented on their cameras and my last order is in their computer and they can see where I order from..
That woman has no business being a manager she is hostile, she called me a liar and threatened to call the cops on me all because I brought in a coupon that was stapled on the box…
I’ve already placed a call to a manager of another store to let the owner know..
I have lived here since 1980 before there was any Marco’s pizzas.. I spent from the age of 14 until I was 21 working at a pizza shop as a manager…
The way this woman treated me like a common criminal and a liar in front of other patrons and the employees…
She she needs to lose her job…
I am a businessman and not only did she embarrass me in front of other people she made me feel like a criminal for doing nothing wrong and then threatened me with arrest… John up in nokomis said I can come eat up there and he’s a good man so if you have to go to Marco’s and you live in Venice go to the nokomis location not shamrock. That woman has no business running the store…
Also the phone girl or the counter girl hung up the phone after I placed the order slammed phone down after I said thank you like I was bothering them when I told them I had a coupon..
No thank you, no goodbye, just slammed the phone down very rudely… As I said I know they have video cameras and the true self set you free

This has been our favorite place in Venice to get pizza and we like it more even than the other Marco’s that we go to another places really great great one and take out is what most people do but we dine in there

Ordered for our office several times and it’s always perfect. We get several different types and they always get the order right. Today’s delivery girl was very professional contacted me to make sure where to come as we are on a compound and made sure that she had the right people getting the right product. Highly recommend.

Dominic was awesome! I had asked for the Long receipt so I could submit it to Upside and he was very kind about it. The person on the phone hung up on me, but he made sure that I had it and he’s even said that if I didn’t have it, he would go back and get it for me which I thought was extremely courteous and that is the Customer Service that you hope to get but rarely find. He is a fabulous addition to your team. I made sure to tip them extra for his kindness and Customer Service. Thank you, Dominic!!!

We have been buying Marcos for a couple of years now. We recently ordered 2 pizza’s. one was just OK and the other had no toppings on 2 slices. When I spoke to the manager today, Nicole, and explained that I was disappointed in our order she quickly became angry. I attempted to calm the conversation but she interrupted me and said not to call them again and that she was going to block my calls WOW!! No worries Nicole I will not be calling back.

Can’t believe how I was treated when I complained about the burnt pizza! They expect you to know how they make their pizza. We like thin but evidently they don’t control the temperature ( like we should know that). The mother of an employee who I made the extra effort to leave a $5 tip started screaming at me, and had no idea what was happening. The poor manager should have listened to me when I called to complain, but instead kept trying to justify the bad pizza. We have never been treated this badly and we will never ever go back. Doesn’t look as bad as it was, salty as crap, went in the trash

We tried to place an order on the app but it didn’t work out. My husband called to see if the order went through and the girl we talked to said that the order went through as a pick up order but we wanted delivery. She said that she had our order. What was delivered was completely different from what we had ordered. When my husband called to talk to them about it, the guy that answered the phone, wouldn’t even listen to him and hung up on him twice!

I’m speaking up for something I saw happen to a young man on Tuesday,
A young man came in with the coupon he was very polite and friendly they asked him to present the coupon he did that’s when the manager plus the two girls standing next to her started acting very rudely.
The manager started raising her voice telling the man that there’s no way the coupon came from their store and the gentleman said I live down the road I only eat here in which this coupon came on the box from my last order, the manager proceeded to tell the young man that they haven’t had flyers on their boxes in 3 weeks,then young man said look at my last order it’s from about 3 weeks ago..
Instead of de-escalating the situation and honoring the coupon like they said out of nowhere she grabbed the pizza told the young man to get out of the store or she’s calling the cops on him..
I’ve never been into the store before that night.. I will tell you from the way that manager acted towards that young man I will never go back to that store.. She said she was a general manager which surprised me because she had no managerial skills whatsoever. That’s who the owners put in charge of their store they’re in trouble.
To the young man who this happened to if you decide you want to take the issue further, I would gladly be a witness if you end up reading this I’m sorry this happened to you. We were standing right next to you inline so we heard everything.
