She was very nice and will do well in customer service but needs to ask someone if she needs help, thats all!
Additionally, whats stops my family from coming more often is the big price tag. If prices were cheaper even by a couple dollars I know we would be there way more often.
Stopped in at Panera in Amsterdam during a day off to treat myself to breakfast out, using their kiosk to order my food. Went with the CinnaScramble, Egg & Cheese Croissant, and a Greek Yogurt Parfait. Initially forgot my Coffee, so I went back and just purchase that right from the counter. Total coming to a bit over $27.
Right off the bat I have to say the coffee, a decaf, was surprisingly smooth. I’m no coffee snob, but man, I was not expecting a Panera brewed decaf coffee to be that tasty. The croissant was, made wrong as they included sausage, but they did offer to remake it for me. (but I hate wasting food more than I dislike red meat) I think the croissant was a bit too soft, and it kind of just smooshed into the eggs and cheese. The flavor wasn’t great either, having this strange oily taste to it. The cinnascramble on the other hand was pretty good, with the sweetness of the cinnamon bun contrasting with the egg and cheese. It reminded me of dipping bacon in maple syrup, but not as sweet. Lastly the parfait, very refreshing, lots of yogurt, but I think they could cut out the pumpkin seeds and almond slices. There was a little too much going on in there with the textures.
Overall, not the best breakfast I have had at a Panera, but it was quite inside with only a few other customers. There was a strange floor cleaner smell near the waiting area for orders, not sure what that was about. But for what I paid for just 3 menu items and a cup of joe, I’d probably run with a different choice next time.
No Chicken and wild rice soup.
NO BREAD!?…at a soup and bread place.
And I was rudely told I “should have gotten there before the dinner rush”.
The sandwich I did end up getting seemed to be made by someone who has not only never eaten a sandwich but has never considered how a sandwich should be made.
Incredibly disappointed and will never come to this location again.
Very yummy food and beverage selection! The coffee, don’t even get me started, lol, it’s wonderful. Really something for everyone, I have yet to try everything.
They also provide free WiFi service, so if you’re going in for coffee and need to catch up on some business, this is the perfect place to do so. Plenty of seating, spaced very nicely apart.
Highly recommend!
Arrived 08-30 7:12 a.m. got order at 07:30, 15 minutes late & store was not busy. Specifically asked if coffee condiments & cups were in the bag. Was told yes. Took to destination. Coffee box only ⅔ full, no cups or condiments. Back to store. Was told ⅔ full was standard becuse of spillage, no longer supply condoments with box’s of coffee. Should have been informed of that when ordered. I did get 20 cups though
Gave you 1* because nothing lower. You probably will not post this but anyone I talk to will be made aware .
