The teenagers at the location on 2nd were just giggling and snickering the whole time I was in there. They called our JoJo which I believed to be my order I went to the table to take a look in the bag because it felt heavy for a carne adovado burrito and seasoned fries; turns out to be another person’s order with a large fry and a Lota burger. I go to tell them they gave me the wrong order. The young man says “I know” which perplexed me. I get my order and there is not a micro ounce of meat. I paid the price I was supposed to because it’s on my receipt. So I need my carne adovado burrito next time I’m there. I think y’all need to do some basic training at this store. Start with the basics all over again.

I usually have an ok time with this lotta burger but I won’t go back to this one again. I stood in line for 18mins to never once get to place an order. The cashier Trace took almost 7mins to get two drinks ready then left the register and never took my order. Worst customer service!
