I luv coming to this Qdoba, because everyone is ALWAYS friendly and kind. When I have special orders they are very helpful and are very willing to accommodate me, and do so with a smile. The manager is wonderful and you just feel the happiness she brings to the store!

Placed an order for delivery and didn’t receive what I ordered. There was corn salsa all over my bowl which I didn’t order. Had to pick it off. Quality is always great when dining in but this was so disappointing. Ordered chip and queso and got hot instead of the mild I ordered. Very disappointing!

Came here yesterday and got the Pulled Pork Burrito Bowl. Representative who took our order was very attentive, kept our pace, and made sure to listen to us. Manager who finished off our order got a few phone calls during the process and took the phone and made us wait a sec, but later checked in to make sure we enjoyed our food. Food was good, service overall was good.

On a scale of 1-5, I give it a 10!!!

I had an amazing time here! The vibe and music created the perfect atmosphere, and the ladies working there, were cool and very knowledgeable about the menu. The place was clean and the food quality was outstanding.

I ordered the “cheese-crusted” quesadilla with brisket-Birria, which is now my favorite thing on the menu! I highly recommend getting fajitas and getting a side of salsa verde—it’s pretty legit!

Overall, I had a true 5-star experience. QDOBA is definitely way better than Chipotle! Don’t miss out on this gem.

Ordered nachos and had a reward for $2 chips and dip. They completely ripped me off and only gave me one bag of chips instead of two. One for my nachos and the other for my dip. As if food is not already expensive as is, you love to see a restaurant take advantage and rip you off even more.

Nothing says happiness like qdoba on a snow day. Hardly ever have a not great experience here. This is our go to for queso and quesadillas in Southlands. Staff has always been amazing. Store is always clean. Food has never failed.

I have constantly had issues with this location. Today my family ordered our food online. The time the app estimated our food would be ready was 7:01. We arrive at 7:07, and upon entering I don’t see my order anywhere. Perhaps I just don’t see it. No. I give an employee my name and they tell me “we will get that started for you right now”… WHAT??? As they start my food for 5 people, I sigh loudly hoping they’ll see how peeved I am. My hungry family is waiting and I am furious now, because what do I see?? At least 2 workers standing near the bathrooms talking to their friends and hanging all over their boyfriends while only a few workers were working on my order, not to mention there were other people waiting to order. Finally food in hand, I storm out of the building and get into my car. The time is 7:20 when I finally leave the parking lot. I would also like to mention that my order was not even prepared correctly. They gave me soft shells instead of crunchy. Today is my cheat day and I can’t even have my crunchy tacos. Night ruined, honestly. I will think twice when ordering from here again.

The service was great. Everything else was not. The bathroom had used up tioled paper with urine all over the floor very filthy and nasty looking floors. The tables filthy and the food looked very old looking like it was preheated from days ago. They had closed at 1530 because the manager had not arrived yet per employee she needed to get off work so she posted a closed sign so no one can come in. I witnessed people going back to their cars because of the closed sign. I even asked what time they closed they said 2300.
