I would give zero stars if I could!!! I get a pizza that looks like a tornado hit it. I ordered the pizza through the PIZZA HUT WEBSITE. Pizza Hut tells me since the driver didn’t handle it properly then door dash needs to refund me because they use door dash drivers. I call door dash and they can’t refund me because they don’t even have the payment method I used to give me a refund because I didn’t order through them. I call the Pizza Hut back and tell them what door dash tells me and they said it’s not on them.. YES IT IS.. if I place an order on your website and you take the risk of using door dash drivers.. that’s on YOU! Door dash can’t refund me because i didn’t place my order with them!!! They don’t have a card to refund to!! I would absolutely not recommend ordering a delivery from this place because if your dasher takes off with your order or your order comes looking like mine did then they won’t do anything about it except put in another order with no guarantee the same dasher won’t get it again! Worst experience ever! Customer service is a absolute joke!

Their was a tall black dude he was very nice he was professional as well the pizza was fresh and hot the toppings was just the right amount wasn’t skimpy either I normally have bad experiences with Pizza Hut but not this one I’ll actually order more pizza from this location only theirs a picture below but I already ate a few slices lmao

If I could give it 0 stars I would. They put random pieces of pizza in my pizza…. I had a pan pizza and certain pieces were hand tossed. It was like a science experiment gone harribly wrong. Never seen anything like this in my life and it’s extremely sad that I’m admitting this, but it was the worst pizza experience I’ve ever had in my entire life and I’ve had some dining experiences that would make a normal person contact a poison control center.

I just wanna give this Pizza Hut the true appreciation they deserve. I live in the 46222 area so when it comes to delivery I have to order from the Pizza Hut on west Washington bc this location doesn’t deliver to my address everytime I order from w Washingston st the food is cold half made I don’t receive all my items and sometimes my delivery never shows up and they never answer the phone as a momma of two it’s frustrating so I’ve chose to go with picking up from w 11th st and you guys never fail ! my food is always cooked rite made fresh and you guys never fail to put my dips in the bag I just wanna say thank you ! I know how hard fast food can be and just wanna give the biggest thank you to the employees Down to the management team I will continue to order from this location even if I have to take the drive 🙂

I asked for Alfredo pasta without chicken and repeated it again, and I also requested, to avoid any misunderstandings, that my entire order be vegetarian, without meat, and with dairy together. Due to my religion, I don’t eat meat and dairy together. She said she was writing it down, and since the chicken looked burnt like the top part of the pasta, I didn’t notice and took a bite of it, and it was pasta with chicken together. So, I’m really angry. On top of that, I requested two large bottles of water and a small Pepsi cola. They brought me cherry cola and two Sprite. And they didnt gave me the cheese sticks, and i was waiting more than 50+ min , This was the worst experience I’ve ever had, and I will never order from you again.

The service was practically non existent. There is in door dinning but no ice, cups, or plates! The table were very small with no room for our food and napkins we had to eat our pizza on. We will not return there in the future and suggest that you find alternative options as well.

I usually get pretty decent pizza from the Hut, but it was awful this time. Cold, bare toppings(I ordered double pepperoni), I could taste no pizza sauce. For almost $8 I received about four greasy breadsticks with no sauce present. I’m hoping the driver dropped that. I am only about five minutes from the store driving so there is no reason that my food was so bad!!!

Usually love this location, however my most recent order. The pizza I received was RAW. I took a bite and started to feel sick after swallowing, I assumed the softness was due to it being really fresh, but I pulled back the cheese and the dough was raw. Even after letting it sit and cool, it was still very apparent that I was served an underbaked pizza that made me sick.

If I could give this experience a -5 stars i would but i had to at least give 1 star to give my review. So i actually ordered from pizza hut, which I normally dont do because the quality of their food is horribly diminishing but I decided to give it a try. I ordered a meat lover’s pan , something so simple, I know cause pizza hut supervisor was my previous occupation. When the pizza arrived, at first glance it looked fine. I then grabbed a piece and the entire piece basically fell apart. I began to inspect the rest of the pizza to find that the pan crust wasnt done at all. As a matter of fact it was so undone that there was dough stuck on the bottom of the pizza, sticking to the box. You would think that once I told the supervisor on duty about these issues that she would apologize and fix my problem because that’s what a supervisor is supposed to do. Nope! She decided to argue that she made and cut the pizza so she know I’m lying. After arguing with her for a brief moment she finally said that she would send another pizza out. At this point I’m still waiting on my replacement and I really dont even think it will be worth it.
