Took an hour to get a Hawaiian and pepto I pizza and on top of that the Cashier I think was a Kennedy or something was RUDE. Food was decent but still holy cow I didn’t expect it to take an hour and the cashier be rude.

To damn long for something to be hot and ready, then they lie 10 min, 15 mins more 30 mins and I was the only one in there. Go to dominoes little bit more but taste better they have there problems to but not as bad as ceasers customer service wise

I placed an order for pizza delivery through little Caesars app and they go through DoorDash, but it resulted in an error. I attempted to contact the manager, Amber, but she was extremely rude and unprofessional. She was yelling towards me on the phone, stating that she was unable to assist us with our order, despite the fact that it had not even been dispatched from the store. The phone cut out was very hard to hear I ask her name so we can just get a refund the she yelled that at me as well.

I couldn’t find anyone in the store who would pause their conversation to take an order. I stood there a good five minutes after I was certain an employee saw me but he just kept seeping the floor. I wont be stopping in again.

Ordered the stuffed pretzel crust pizza through the portal. No changes, added jalapeño cheese dip for the crust. Pizza was doughy, not in portal and under an open air warmer. It was practically cold by the time I got it home and I live 5 minutes away and I have an old pizza delivery bag. WAY too salty. The pretzel crust salt was pretty much all over the outer ⅔ of the pizza. Workers were absolutely friendly, though.

Little Caesar’s is a decent option if you’re looking for a quick and cheap pizza, but it can be hit or miss. One major downside is that they frequently run out of pizza well before they close, which can be pretty frustrating when you’re craving a quick bite. The staff isn’t super friendly, which doesn’t help the experience. That said, when I’m able to get a fresh pizza, it’s delicious, hot, and very affordable, making it worth the occasional hassle. If they improved their availability and customer service, it could be a much better spot for a quick meal.

The lady at the drive thru was completely rude. She seemed bothered to have to do her job of taking orders. She said I had to wait 20-25 minutes for the pretzel crust which I had no problem with, and that seemed to irritate her too. It’s almost like she wanted me to not place an order at all. After every item I ordered she interrupted me to say “is that all?” or “anything else?”. When she wrong me up she overcharged me and when I asked her about it she claimed it was “tax”. On that note I left without placing an order which she seemed happy about. L service, L worker.

My kids and I was hungry so we go get some pizzas. We got 3 pizzas and 2 crazy breads the lady at the eindow kept interrupting asking “is that all?” And constantly rolled her eyes. She told me it would be a 15 minute wait so I was okay with that but my sister went in 16 minutes later to check on it she said it would be another 15 at this point I was pretty mad so I waited another 10 drive to the drive thru I said “why is it taking forever on my order it shouldn’t be taking this long?” The guy at the window said I will go check for you I’m terribly sorry about that i told him it was not his fault and i would be filing a complaint but the rude lady went to breathe down his neck and said “I’m really sorry I don’t know what’s going on it should be 15 more minutes” like no lady i want my food now I’m not spending this much money for yall not to do yalls job’s. The cashier guy told me he would be the food out shortly so I said okay and he gave us free wings but he was telling me that the people in the back was too busy talking and not wanting to work!! That entire place is a 1 star!! But that cashier guy was really nice gave us free wings and gave my children cookies! I would give him 5 stars if I could!
