Love the waffle fries. But the last 2 times I got the chicken club it’s been so dry I can’t get past 2 bites. Tried removing the bread, but still so dry.

The drive thru is very efficient with an extra service crew taking orders to ease the car queue. Enjoyed the Chick-fil-A chicken burgers which have real tasty chicken meat. The waffle chips are good too. Service is fast and friendly.

As I arrived at this magnificent location, I was met with the kindest employee I have ever encountered. I ordered my usual, 18 spicy chicken sandwiches, and after the fact he even said “my pleasure!”. I mean who even says that, 11/10 customer service. When I received my food I took that first amazing bite out of one of my 18 sandwiches, and the duality of the crisp, warm and buttery bun, in contrast with the spicy, addictive chicken simply warmed my heart. I practically had an orgasm!

Had a great lunch experience here! My husband and I stopped for a quick lunch on our way to OBX. Some of the best grilled nuggets I’ve had! The waffle fries were on point too. Service was excellent, we received our meal within 2 min of sitting down, and the dining room was spotless! I appreciate all you guys do to make a guest’s experience so pleasant. Blessings!

Multiple times I’ve asked for no ice in my drink and I still get ice. I’m not being misheard. The employees will repeat back my order exactly and somehow it still comes out wrong.
Sauce packets and receipt put INSIDE the fry box, touching the fries.
These things might seem minor, but as someone who’s worked in fast food: this is GROSS. I will not be going to this Chik-Fil-A again.

Worst food I’ve ever had, threw it away, bad flavor. Although it was also the smallest serving of breakfast bowl with sausage I’ve ever had. They also gave me three knives no fork or spoon. Asked for barbecue sauce, received nothing. Had an order of chicken nuggets and it also had an off flavor.

The only complaint I have is that they never put hot sauce in my order. It’s so weird. I’ve been coming here for over 2 years and they put all the other condiments I order, but for some reason the only one that is always missing is the hot sauce. We honestly can’t think of a reason as to why it’s always missed, since there’s always plenty in the condiment area inside the restaurant.

Traveling early morning and stopped at this Chick-fil-A for breakfast. I met the operator, Sammy, and he was super friendly and we had a good chat. Food was amazing as always, but interacting with a super friendly staff took this Chick-fil-A to the top tier.

We ordered breakfast online and tried to scan at one of the tables as soon as we got inside. Once the third table scan didn’t work my brother walked up to the front figuring he could just pick up th le tray himself. However, he stood there for 7 minutes having multiple members look at him but not acknowledge him. Finally someone came up to the register and asked the family beside him what drink refill they would like. The same member asked him if his order would be carry out or dine in. He explained what happened and at that point felt like he was an inconvenience so he just asked for a refund. No one apologized or had an explanation just quickly did the refund and walked away. The entire front end staff was rude and we would not recommend going there unless you want to feel like a burden to the staff.
