If you have another option skip this McDonald’s. I will be driving almost 20 miles out of my way from now on when I want some Mickey Ds. The pics should tell you everything you need to know. Burger was chopped and raw in the middle and just mangled. Didn’t even resemble a beef patty. My burger was missing the extra patty that I paid for. I mean I get it, mistakes happen. Sometimes you just have a bad night. But its safe to say they’re pretty consistent at having bad nights at this location. I literally said to myself maybe I should drive outta my way to a different McDonald’s. But against my better judgment and because I just worked all day, I stayed on course. Bad decision.

Food is on par with most McDonald locations. This place is designated as a McCafe which idk how it really matters or is different from other places.
No play place for children. Location is clean – it’s nice and convenient. Plenty of parking available and there is free self-serve soda refill (for now)

I rate this on a curve of large fast food chain experiences. I use the App and so far have never gotten an incorrect order, YMMV. Sometimes I get hot nuggets, sometimes not. Apparently, the 1/4 lb burger is supposed to be fresh beef and it definitely is better than the other burger options. It’s a solid option for a quick, cheap meal when you really need that but I can’t rave about it and it’s not the best McD franchise I’ve seen. 4-stars but I’m going lower if we could use decimals. I’ll go ahead and let the cat out of the bag–it’s too expensive and not worth it without the App. Surely at full price I’m going 3 stars.

This McDonald’s is has notorious for getting orders wrong in my experience. The attention to detail is simply not there. Quantity over Quality is the theme at this location as it is seemingly at every McDonald’s franchise. On two separate occasions I have ordered the Quarter Pounder sandwich with the knowledge that this is one of the only sandwiches that is cooked fresh upon ordered. In back to back orders, they were precooked and not hot and fresh as advertised. This place for being in a nice town like Oak Ridge is a big disappointment.

How are you constantly out of so much stuff? One night it was cups. One night it was apple pies. Tonight is was sweet and sour AND barbecue sauce. When you order online, it’s almost always wrong! The management there must be horrific as the issues with this McDonald’s don’t exist at the others in the area! NEW MANAGEMENT NEEDED!

Ordered a large frappe and got what looked like a small dumped into a big cup, topped with a mountain of whipped cream to hide the scam. While eating, an employee mopped the floor right next to us with bleach (in a mostly empty dining room) so our meal came with a side of chemical fumes.
No ice. No napkins. No ketchup. Just attitude from staff who looked at us like we smelled bad, even though we’d just showered. This place is a mess.

I was told that a regular menu item on the shareables , menu was only available on the app. I don’t use the McDonald’s app. So I know that’s not true and I just ordered the same thing two weeks ago from the exact same mcdonald’s. Attendant Tried to upsell me on a larger menu item I did not want. So I canceled my order had to sit through the drive through line, pulled around and went inside and order the exact item.I was wanting off the kiosk menu. Tried to bring it to someone’s attention that they needed to ensure that their drive through attendants know what was and was not on the menu. Person assisting me blew me off, as if I didn’t know what I was talking about, telling me it’s not on the menu.. After getting in my car and leaving, I realized my meal was wrong, but I was not going back into that restaurant again to fix it. I worked at McDonald’s when I was younger, and I’ve visited hundreds of them across the United States and the world, wasn’t the worst experience I’ve ever had, but it darn sure wasn’t close to being the best.

I asked for sugar free vanilla iced coffee with 3 pumps of vanilla, 6 pumps is far too sweet in flavor. They hand me the coffee and it is white. I ask if it has 3 pumps, as “special request” was specified on the screen, and the employee replies, “it’s sugar free.” Yes, I am aware of that, thanks. Doesn’t mean I want all 6 pumps of vanilla. I ask again if there was 3 pumps and the employee replies, unconvincingly, yes. It definitely had 6. Didn’t taste like coffee at all. Only vanilla. She straight lied.

I ordered on the app and chose curbside pickup. Took 14 mins to get the food (drive-thru was mostly empty). When she finally brought my order out, the lid wasn’t on the coke and spilt down my arm. When I started eating it was barely lukewarm like it was sitting there for a while. Will not go back to this location.
