Was charged $6.47 for a SMALL carmelicious yesterday, talk about highway robbery! Plus to have the stones to ask for a tip on TOP that is complete insanity. For those kinds of prices the drinks should have alcohol. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this location.

Nice place for evening. Dine outside , it’s too hot for daytime. Drive through available.
Really good food & coffees hot or cold.
I enjoyed.

The barista being judgemental regarding a customer using change to pay for a drink should be ashamed! I was waiting for my order when I overheard a barista complaining that someone just paid for a $7 drink all in change. Continues on and says how the customer apologized and mentioned it hasn’t been payday yet. The barista then made a snide comment saying then why did you come here. Talk about being privileged! Last time I checked change is an appropriate currency and people are allowed to choose what they spend their money on even if it is their last $7.

Staff needs training on how to not be rude. Placed a mobile order for a hot pumpkin chai and an iced pumpkin chai. Was given 2 iced pumpkin chais. When I informed them it was supposed to be one hot and one iced the girl started laughing and was like “oh, oooooooopppppss” and kept laughing. How unprofessional and rude. Never management around either when I’ve had issues and try to escalate to a manager since the baristas don’t seem to give a crap.

I ordered my drinks with almond milk (boyfriend is lactose intolerant) and he drank one of the iced drinks and said it tasted like regular milk. This is a huge health issue as he could have gotten super sick if it was regular milk. My drinks have all tasted good though so that’s the plus of this location.

The only nice baristas I’ve ever interacted with in my years of going here is Evie and Esmerelda so shoutout to them for being awesome and actually being friendly 🙂

Edit 9/8 – happened a second time getting the wrong drinks, same thing as one being hot and one being iced. At least this girl was nice about it and offered to remake it. If it’s this hard to see the difference, maybe it should be bolded or something in the system so the baristas can clearly see what is what?

Edit 11/23 – Evie made me the best blender I’ve had here in months. Thank you Evie ❤️ recommend getting the frosted sugar cookie blender with raspberry, it tasted like a raspberry danish

Three strikes and you’re out. Quality has gone downhill. Ordered a blended turtle, got a hot. Next time ordered a blended carmelicious, got very watery milk coffee with crushed ice. Today ordered a maple bourbon blended. Guess what?! no maple and no bourbon flavor AT ALL, it was again watered down chunky milk coffee. Idk what is going on in this place! 2 were app orders, one was verbal.

The young lady working was very kind, I lost my voice so it was hard to hear and or understand me but she nailed my friends order. I asked what her biggest tip was today she said a couple dollars I gave her a bigger one then that. Sometime doing a small deed puts a big smile on someone face

Hello Scooter Team,

I wanted to share my recent experience with you. The individual who handled my order wasn’t very polite. Despite placing my order through the app and arriving at the window for pickup, she insisted I needed to stop by the menu board to communicate my order again. This left me puzzled, as I had already placed my order online and paid for it.

Furthermore, I felt uncomfortable when, after placing my order at the menu board, the person at the window asked for a tip. I’ve never encountered this practice at other drive-throughs, and it made me reconsider why I chose to order through the app in the first place.

Unfortunately, this rude service has left me with a negative impression of Scooters, both in terms of customer service and the online app experience. As a result, I won’t be returning to your establishment.
Scooter need to consider this review.

I asked if the new egg bites were gluten-free, the young lady told me no. I asked her if there was breading in them, she said uh I just can’t explain it. I was the only person in line. I pulled up and googled the ingredients. They are in fact gluten free. I tried to call back and let them no. No one answered the phone. And there was still no one in line. A little effort would have went a long way and also made a sale.

Really disappointed. Usually I make coffee at home but I was in a rush and instead I stopped by Scooters this morning to get a coffee before work. I ordered just a large brewed coffee with a splash of cream with should have cost around 2.65 plus tax. Well I pulled up and handed over my card and when I looked at my receipt later I saw that I was charged for a latte which was around $5! Ridiculous. Also my brewed coffee wasn’t very hot and didn’t taste good at all. I ended up dumping it out. I never have a good experience with scooters locations but this was especially poor. Only reason I stopped here at all was because of the drive through convenience.
