Great pho one person in our group can’t have too much salt and they offered to put half water. The pho was amazing we will definitely be back. Friendly staff peaceful atmosphere.

This place is in downtown Long Beach.
The public parking is good. The first two hours of parking are free. Each hour after will be $2.00
I ordered the pho with wide noodles, brisket, rear flanks, and meatballs. The broth is good and very flavorful. But a tiny amount of noodles, only two pieces of flanks, one and a half pieces of meatballs (one meatball cut in half into two, there were three half meatballs, a total of one and a half), no brisket.
My daughter added shrimp to her order. Shrimp is an additional $3.00, and there were only three shrimps.

I ordered pho with wide noodles (shoelace wide) brisket and rare flank and shaken beef with fried rice. Pho was 3.5/5. Does the job. Broth tastes good but could use more beef. Brisket is not as fatty or as “briskety” and could not tell apart from “rare” flank. Also, I should have ordered the shaken beef with white rice. Flavors were too overpowering with fried rice and bordered on being too salty and there weren’t too many beef pieces. 2.5/5. Overall it does the job but could be better. Portion size is normal. I’m not a heavy eater but finished both dishes in one sitting so they could definitely be larger. I think if I just had the pho I would have been left wanting more food.

So many positives! I try and go for pho for dine in only because usually it doesn’t hit the same for home delivery until I discovered this place. I love how everything is packed separately, in good quality spill proof containers and how everything (including the veggies tray that separates noodles from broth) is microwave safe. The biggest pro for me was they vegan pho and broth option that actually tastes amazing and authentic. Kind of rare to find in long beach.I did also get the fried vegetarian baos too and it was so good. The baos filled me up and the pho lasted for 2 other meals. Nothing negative to say!

I had the vegetable stew and it came with some condiments normally not found in many Vietnamese restaurants such as the salt and pepper mix. Too bad the stew was already a bit too salty so that condiment, though a cool idea, wasn’t usable. The stew itself was very flavorful but, as mentioned, a bit too salty and the broth was thin so it was really more of a soup than a stew. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Best banh bao ever !! You have to try these. “Crispy bao” Soft and doughy with a crispy outer crust. I usually order over the phone for pick up, the delivery services are getting ridiculous. I’ve ordered everything on this menu and these are my favorite things. I also love the braised beef stew. Very rich broth with large chunks of beef and vegetables.

Great food unfortunately bad service. Went at a slightly busy time but there were open tables and plenty staff. Took a while for someone to help us. Staff told us take out only but then seated everyone behind us. Waited for our order to 40 minutes while everyone else was seated.

The meat ball is GOOD ️ ️ . I swear it taste exactly like what we have in Vietnam. Other than that, broth is , noodles is a bit hard and plain, they probably let the noodles sit in the bowl for long time . The proportion is too big for me to finish .
