I’ve noticed Qdoba has really upped their game! The staff was extremely friendly and prompt, and the place was spotless — clean tables, clean floors, and everything stocked. My order was made quickly and exactly as requested. It was such a pleasant experience overall. Definitely appreciate the improvement and will be back!

Everything was pleasant from walking in the door being greeted then ordering food & them recommending items that I never tried. The whole process was exceptional!!! Great location. Will be back soon.

I HIGHLY recommend deep cleaning of the food line. The glass, the counter, the crud around the screws, all of it! You can tell there hasnt been a deep cleaning in a long time. I had to call out visable hair on upper counter. It was cleaned right away however that hair had been there awhile. #gross!

Ehhh… Haven’t been in years now because they keep failing me with how bland their meats are pkus chipotle is king but i Got a loaded tortilla bowl and a steak burrito. Bowl was pretty good considering all the toppings i dumped into it, but that burrito….that steak may as well have been those rubber chips from the kids playground. No flavor and very dry! Might come back for that loaded tortilla bow but other than that i’m good.

Food was not good to be honest. I’m used to chipotle and it wasn’t as flavorful. The guac was included but I see why. The chicken tasted like char and not any seasoning. Definitely will not be back. Only pro I like was the pickled onions.

(SEE EDIT BELOW) The food is the same as any other location but the employees are rude, slow, talk on their cellphones in front of you, dont clean the restaurant or tables, will give you a small amount of an item so they don’t have to replace the bin, stare at you blankly, etc. The bathrooms and the restaurant are also super dirty.

EDIT, changed from 1 star to 5 stars (8/27/2024): I am happy to announce that since they totally redid this location, it has vastly improved. The restaurant is much cleaner and the employees are great. Good job Qdoba.

So I have to admit it has been a minute since I went to Qdoba. It was way before the pandemic hit. A coworker suggested we should get carryout from here. So I agreed. I ordered a steak burrito. I wanted to get the burrito bowl, but the steak was not an option, so I was disappointed about that. So I got the burrito. I also ordered the Chips and Queso and unsweetened Iced tea. When I got to the place, I wasn’t sure where to go because they had a cooler blocking the shelf. The lady that pointed me I. The right direction was super lovely.
So I want to break down my order. I was like, wow, why did they give me that little bag of chips but gave my coworker a big bag of chips, and we ordered the same order, so I thought that was pretty odd. Let’s talk about my steak Burrito.
In my first three bites, I thought, wow, they forgot the steak, Lettuce sour cream sauce, and cheese.
In my fourth bite, I got a mouth full of sour cream and lettuce, and then that is when the person wrapping this burrito in a ball did not GAF, lol.
But my biggest takeaway is why my co-worker got a big bag of chips for the same price I paid to get a small bag.

I ordered the nachos on a whim because I got the alert about “nachos day”. Apparently, the toppings, without rice to soak up all the liquid, resembled a bowl of bean soup or thin stew rather than nacho toppings. The bigger turnoff was the chips. From the musty smell amd the taste, it was apparent that the fryer oil hadn’t been changed in a long while. Anyone who has worked in a restaurant nefore would probably notice this, as I did right away. The kitchen staff is in need of training and standards. Change that oil in the fryer!

Upon multiple visits, I can sincerely say the staff and management mutually don’t care about how the front looks and have basic consumer ethnics.
Like theres catering orders not on the pick up area. There’s straws, forks, and paper everywhere on the floor.
There’s salsa stains on the table with no self care like sanitizer and paper towel to compensate.
Wet spot sign just on the floor.
I’ve liked plenty dank holes on the wall, but food isn’t even that great either. There weren’t horror stories like soot sears on the quesadilla, but my cheese crust was paper thin, and mostly in the center. It practically fuses into the oil on the sides.

If it was any less streamlined with prep like American fast food, this wouldn’t survive a year.
