Cheesecake Factory has quite a vast menu with a variety of meal options, but I decided to try the chicken shawarma and I was pleasantly surprised! They use a pita bread instead of the traditional flatbread, which was perfectly fine because it contained the contents of the sandwich quite well. The ingredients were fresh, the chicken seasoned and cooked too perfection, and the toum sauce was nice and zesty and garlicy. The fries were excellent, too. It was a delicious and satisfying meal. The Oakbrook location does a fantastic job. Cheers!

So, December 20th, my husband and I took my mother to the Cheese Cake Factory in Oak Brook. Now that wasn’t our first time dining at the Factory, but it was my mother’s first time dining there, and our first time dining at this Factory, and we absolutely loved it our experience.
The food, as always came out fresh. Tasted GREAT! I made a mistake by not asking for certain ingredients that came on the Cobb salad, and the bartender, Angel and the manager that was there that day made a nice, Big Deal about it and happily gave me another salad. No problems.
The place was clean. As soon as a spot at the bar was open, that space was quickly cleaned. Class!!

It’s everything you expect from a cheesecake factory! The menu is huge, but the execution is really solid. The bread was hot and buttery. The burger was absolutely delicious, and the cheesecake was the size of my head.
It’s one of my favorite places to stop on the way to the airport. You won’t regret it!

1 Star? You’d think saying that the food and atmosphere was good would earn more stars, but Marissa, the “manager-on-duty”, managed to steal those stars from this review. Today was my Mom’s birthday. We spent $165 to go out to lunch. In the pictures, you can see that they offer a complimentary slice of cheesecake on your birthday. You can also see on the receipt that we ARE rewards members. For some reason, we couldn’t get a “coupon” to show up on the website for this free slice. We were told that “sometimes it just happens”. I figured they would still honour their promotion, but nope. Because their site wouldn’t produce this “required coupon”, the manager’s gift to my 76 year old Mother was “No”, and was then dismissive of my attempts to get her to see it was her own company’s failing, and not our fault…at which point she just walked away. The place was packed!! At $165+ a table…a $10 piece of cheesecake for a birthday as promoted, is much better than dismissal and blaming the customer. We have spent $1000’s of dollars there, and now, won’t be back! Thanks Marissa.

The Cheesecake Factory is known for its massive menu, generous portions, and wide variety of cheesecakes. The food is consistently good with plenty of options ranging from pastas and burgers to Asian-inspired dishes. While it can get crowded and prices are on the higher side, the atmosphere is lively and the desserts are a highlight. A great spot for casual dining or celebrations.
PS: We required to eat a takeout order at the outlet and we were denied. So just me mindful of that.

Well, this review is based on what I observed and experienced on Monday afternoon Aug 11 2025. Our waitresses name was Stella. She did an excellent job taking care of our party of 9, which was mostly Seniors. She served us with a genuine smile, she was patient and checked up on us the whole time even though she was busy. She even brought out a very nice birthday surprise as well as extra bread packaged up for everyone individually. This is because all the bread that was given to us initially was over cooked, hard and crunchy. That was a real disappointment to our senior citizens and took over their first experience at the Cheesecake Factory, which in turn decreased the waitresses tip money. It wasn’t her fault, she didn’t bake the bread, she just delivered it.
Last thing which is food related also, 3 Shrimp Scampi’s were ordered and all 3 of them came with barely any sauce on them, extremely dry. It was as if the kitchen ran out of garlic, olive oil and rest of the sauce ingredients. Perhaps the Presidents tariffs are affecting the Cheesecake Factory? I actually ordered a chicken and shrimp dish which turned out pretty good and we all got cheesecake to go.
Overall, the waitress Stella saved the day but the first experience of the food did not create an exciting “want to return” feeling for the senior citizens.

I love coming here. The food is great and the atmosphere is fun. I love the Chicken Piccata dish. Their hot honey pepperoni pizza is also good. I enjoy drinking their Arnold Palmer with strawberry lemonade. Our waitress was friendly and showed excellent customer service. Their cheesecakes are delicious as well!

A great place to eat! We have fallen in love with the Tex mex egg rolls they are so delicious! They come with an avocado sauce that is creamy and to die for! The strawberry lemonade was so yummy and delicious very flavorful. The country fried chicken bowl over mashed potatoes and green beans and corn/gravy was so delicious and so worth it! You get a lot of chicken for the price of the bowl! My man got the bacon bacon burger and he said it was really good! Cheesecake of course if always best for dessert!
