Ok im going to say this first and want to make it very clear that I did not have a bad experience at this place the staff was super friendly..very informative and the service was fast and the presentation of food was very nice…they ONE and ONLY complaint we had was the food was very bland ..lacked flavor in evey way. They’re signature sauce was pretty good though. Very affordable so debatable wether or not if ill be back or not..but like i said nothing was wrong with this place other then flavor.

We really like Culver’s. None of our family members have complained about anything they’ve eaten at Culver’s. Even when they’re busy, the wait is not too bad. Great food. Great atmosphere. Always clean. Always friendly.

This is my favorite burger place! Love their smash burgers on their butter buns! Their cod sandwich is great too. And they have a good shrimp basket. Employees are generally friendly, but, you know, everyone will have a day here and there when things might not be going that well, so it’s your challenge as a customer to try to cheer them up and get them to smile. Be kind and patient enough that they would want to see you there again, because I’m sure that you are always happy and smiley at your job too, right?

We’d been looking forward to trying Culver’s ever since they opened, and it was definitely worth the wait! They’ve been busy for a reason. We finally got the chance to dine in, and from start to finish, the experience was fantastic.
The menu is packed with tempting options—it was tough to choose! I went with their signature ButterBurger, and it absolutely lived up to the hype. Every bite was flavorful and satisfying.
The service was friendly and efficient, and the dining atmosphere was clean and welcoming.
And we can’t forget the concrete mixers—hands down, the perfect way to end the meal. We’ll definitely be back to try more!

ButterBurgers have a good taste to them while being decently portioned for the price. My favorite is the vanilla custard it is so rich, creamy, and always hits the spot. Staff are very welcoming, friendly, and will help you out with the reward program. Restaurant is super clean on every visit.

I have been to Culver’s across the Midwest. The food has always been good, including my most recent time but the service at this location has been lackluster at best. I either got double charged for my butter burger that didn’t come from the first order with my family or they were incompetent and took my burger off the order when they put my spouse’s burger on the order. They didn’t ask about sauce so when my cheese curds came with all of the food but my burger and they asked me if I needed anything, I said marinara sauce and they said they would need to charge for it. Overall the service was one of the worst experiences I had at Culver’s and am disappointed that they are not the Midwest nice that I expect at Culver’s. The location was clean but the Christian music was annoying so I don’t recommend dining in.
