Just went through the drive-thru with my son. Ordered a spicy sandwich plain and a 5pc tender meal. The woman taking our order was impatient and rude, and didn’t ask us what sauces we wanted. I parked and went in to ask for my sauces. I went back out and my son showed me his sandwich was not only not plain, but there was a DEAD FLY embedded in his bun. I went *back in* and politely showed a different employee the sandwich that was supposed be plain, and quietly pointed out that there was a dead fly in the bun (there were other customers present and I was trying to not put them on blast in front of everyone). She didn’t even respond about the fly, she just said “so you want it plain?” I said yes, and repeated the bit about the fly, pointing it out in case she had heard me. She completely ignored it again and walked off to remake the sandwich. Didn’t offer an apology, no discount, no refund, nothing. I don’t think I’ll be coming back to this location. Do not recommend.

Ordered a 9-piece family meal and five of the pieces were thighs without being asked or told. I don’t eat thighs like that. Chicken was dry and overcooked, and the order felt careless. This location is poorly run and needs better quality control.I won’t be back.

I ordered a 3 piece tender combo in the drive through. No one else was in the store or in line. There was a long wait time just to order. The girl taking my order wasn’t friendly at all. I didn’t get any sauce with my order nor was it offered. She practically shoved the bag at me and closed the window. The tenders are extremely thin and tasteless. I won’t be going back.

This is an edited review. I initially posted because a mobile I placed through the app never reached the store apparently. I was running into issues with getting a refund but I was able to get one finally after talking with the support team for over 2 days. Anyone who uses the app beware that the order might never actually get sent to the store even though it shows order placed on the app. You’re in for a headache after that when attempting to get a refund. And you will not get your food.

I purchased a 12-piece spicy tender family meal, and after getting home and opening the order, the issues were immediately obvious.

The chicken was severely overcooked and unusually small—some pieces were no larger than chicken nuggets. This is not acceptable given the price of the meal and does not meet basic expectations for quality.

Additionally, we were asked which condiments we wanted, clearly communicated our choices, and none were included in the bag. If customers are asked for condiments, they should be provided. This is a basic part of order accuracy.

The overall quality of this meal did not match the price paid. If staff are unable or unwilling to meet company standards, that is a management issue—not something customers should be paying for.

Due to this experience, I will not be spending my money at this location again. I am not interested in a generic, automated apology. I expect accountability and meaningful improvement.

I ordered food, once I received it the tenders were harder than the box, as a previous restaurant manager I could tell they had been cooked for awhile. Not sure what they wanted me to eat off these old tenders. Not to mention the wings were absolutely disgusting, as someone may have sauced them way prior to me even ordering them. Side items were not timed on the bottom of the cup, so no telling how long they had been packaged. No napkins, or utensils in the bag. I called the store and spoke with the manager and she stated she didn’t blame me for calling as she just took over the store, and seems like it’s been a problem for awhile. Agreed to replace my order.

I keep giving this place second chances just to be disappointed and ripped off repeatedly. I have no idea why they can’t even seem to get simple orders correct.

Normally I’d just let it go, stay away for a year or so, then give it another chance. However, this time I used the app’s “customer support” chatbot and it pushed me over the edge. It made me realize that this company as a whole couldn’t care less whether they actually get orders correct, and will gladly take your money, skip several items, then make you pay for them again if you want to get what you ordered.

I ordered two combos, one was correct but the other (mine) seems like they couldn’t be bothered to even try getting it right. I had the large surf and turf combo so I could get red beans and rice and mashed potatoes and gravy. The chicken was supposed to be spicy but I was given the regular strips that, and I’m not even exaggerating on this, was tougher than most jerky I’ve had. I could barely rip it apart with my teeth, and I’m a grown man. They left out both sides, which if I went back and ordered just those would have been $7.98 + tax. I used the chatbot thinking it would give me vouchers or something to replace them. Nope. It offered 300 “points” which I declined, then it offered to refund $2.66, which I declined, then it offered $3 in-app credit, which I also declined thinking it would transfer me to a person or something. It basically gave me an ultimatum that I had to take one of those or I’d get nothing so I did the $3 in-app credit.

So now, in order to get what I paid for in the first place, I’d need to reorder and pay an additional ~$5.50.

This company gave me no other recourse than to warn others, so that’s what I’m doing. If you decide to go here, I’d HIGHLY encourage you to thoroughly check your order before you pull away from the window. Make sure everything is there and see if they gave you chicken or chicken jerky.

For me, it’ll probably be a long time before I go back. I should’ve just taken the refund but I did the credit thinking I might go back and pick up the sides with it before I realized how badly they’d screwed me.

IM A BUSINESS OWNER SO I DONT LEAVE BAD REVIEWS, EVER! Here goes my first one. I’m done with this location! If I owned it I would shut it down out of pure embarrassment!!
If you like bad service tiny pieces like buffalo wing size, different tasting, over cooked, under cooked chicken every time and waiting 30 minutes for food you preordered online after you arrive, DONT LOOK ANY FARTHER! YOU HAVE FOUND YOUR PLACE! If I could leave a 0 I would. I will never eat here again. I think 15 bad experiences is more than enough chances. I’ll be going to further down the road to a different location owned by different people.

I went inside to look at the menu. On the board was a deal for 12 pc tenders, 4 sm sides,4 biscuits and 4 drinks for $25.00. Looked great so After waiting for five minutes for someone to take my order, the young girl asks for help. She couldn’t find a button on the register for that deal. The shift manager basically said she could not give me the deal because they don’t have a button on the computer screen.
No offer of a comparable deal, or alternate offer, just No, there’s nothing we can do.
Needless to say I was unhappy. I left and crossed Centerton Blvd to KFC.

The kid taking my order was clearly rushing and barely paying attention based on the lack of attention he used. I specifically requested a dipping sauce with my big family ($50) order. I pulled up to the window and reminded him. He confirmed.
I had to wait (understandable, as it was a large order) by the drive-thru.
And when it was delivered, there was no sauce.
Chicken is OK but prob won’t be going back here when there are other chicken options (with good sauces) where they pay attention to customers.
