Ordered delivery off the app. Got the 12pc tenders meal. All the side were good. We were missing a biscuit and we did end up getting a lot of sauce which was nice.
What sucked was opening the chicken container to find only two actual chicken strips and the rest seemed to be sliced up chicken patties/breast that were pretty old.
Would have rather waited 10-15 more minutes for actual chicken strips

Wife and I went on to order 2 country fried steak dinners we waited 24 minutes till our order was ready then the country fried steak was just some gray piece of misery meat not made with the coating like in the advertised picture meal was disappointing to say the least. Was going to see manager and complain but the staff all looked like they were lost.Don’t think we will be going back.

Very disappointed with this KFC. I picked up an order and the food was cold, not fresh, and badly packaged. Staff were shouting at each other across the restaurant, ignoring customers, and handling dirty trays. I even saw food being prepared without gloves.
Uber Eats refused to help since it was a pickup, so I’m leaving this here. I have photos and hope management will take this seriously.

Worst service ever! Just today the girl at the window didn’t answer me at the speaker box then got mad when I went to the order and had the nerve to tell me to hurry up because they have times to worry about, they weren’t even busy! I was the only customer at the window! And they missed a piece of chicken so I had to come back for it!

I ordered two 3 tender meals with fries. Instead, I got two bone in chicken meals with coleslaw. When I wanted a refund, they would only refund me $6 instead of the $40.77 I paid. Seriously?! They should be paying more attention to what people are ordering. The fact that this joint has customers is nothing short of a miracle. Do not eat here. It’s not worth the hassle.

Waiting over 40 minutes for food. Still got order wrong. This is in drive through, so had to end up going in to check order status. No excuse for over 40 minute wait time!!!! Will not come back!! Would not recommend!!!

I ordered a meal well in advance for pickup. It was not ready at the estimated arrival time. The crew seems super depressed. Other uber eats drivers were being turned away and recommending they change from crispy to original. The food is mid. The team is slow. There was a manager in a polo who didn’t seem to be bothered to lift a finger to support the swamped team.
