As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

I came here to pick up a DoorDash order, and how is it possible that when I walk in, they’re just on their phones? The girl who attended me didn’t even greet me or say anything like “How can I help you?”absolutely nothing. I told her the name for the order, and as I was about to leave, she said to me, “Don’t steal it, confirm it.”
That was literally the only thing she said to me the whole time I was there. First of all, who does she think she is to talk to someone like that? I always confirm my orders because I know some dashers do steal them, and I get that point. But her attitude was completely out of line, and she was really rude. If you don’t like your job, kid, then don’t do it but don’t ruin customer service and someone else’s day because of it

Pinecrest Checkers is terrible. What even is the chicken and burgers????!!!! I ordered a double checker burger meal and got 1 piece and a half of meat substance Sandwiched in between a Luke warm mess of old lettuce, tomatoes, onions and mayo. Didn’t finish the first bite…. It’s like they’re trying to skimp on burger meat. The chicken sandwich is the same deal… the meat disappears half away acrosss the sandwich. It looks 1 burger patty they cut in half to make a double.
The fries are good, if you’re in the mood for fries, definitely stop by but don’t waste your money on a whole meal that’s going to taste like trash. The chicken wings aren’t bad but are expensive.
The employees were pleasant.

Cheap yet still fills expensive for what you get. Nostalgia got the better of me. Possibly some of the worse burgers I’ve had in awhile. Burgers taste like cheap beef. Fries aren’t as good as I remember either.

the fries were pretty good, quick service too but upon eating on a burger I saw there was mold on it. Immediately had to throw it away and couldn’t even finish anything else. Had to check the other food to make sure everything was ok and chicken was pretty dry and looked old/refried. Please check your bread before serving it to people really hoping I didn’t consume any other mold.

After arriving at 10pm and waiting 10 to 15mins to be acknowledged I was first ignored the after the wait a woman emerged from the rear of the restaurant idk if it was an office or a bathroom I asked foe the $5 meal deal checkers has plastered in sign large enough to see on the side of the building she say “we don’t do that here” so why do you have it on the wall? That’s not customer service that’s not friendly and that’s false advertisement and a refusal to serve a paying customer law suit checker

I don’t know if I’m going to eat here again. smh I love some checkers fries and burgers, but the attitude is crazy, I get it not a lot of people work in fast food so I get that. The real issue I have with this is the water that my friend asked for. The woman with her attitude about saying they charge for the cup to get tap water I think he paid 2.99 or something I don’t remember and then when he was finished with his water ask for a refill and they charged him again for water.smh. I told my friend we needed to bring our cup because if not they would charge you for everything and that’s not cool. Will I stop eating here maybe, all it takes is that one person to give me attitude and I will no longer eat there. If you don’t like where you work please leave and give people chance to be happy. It could be that she had a bad day but remember we make the company. I been a server for 15 years and I always say staying positive keep everyone happy no matter what.
