We were beyond exhausted driving on our way home from Disneyland. 8 hrs into a 10hr drive. 3 starving kids. The service was so nice, young man at the front counter was wonderful. The food was hot and fresh and gave us just the boost we needed to make it the last leg of our trip. Super refreshing to go to a chain fast food place and have great service and everything taste good.

Got a couple Breakfast Jacks through the drive-thru. The line moved pretty quick the service was prompt and the employees were polite and friendly. Food was great nice and hot lettuce wasn’t wilted and they even gave his extra mustard and napkins. Good Job!

We just went through the drive-thru and ordered six tacos. There was mass confusion when paying for our order. We realized we only were given for tacos and went back in to ask for the two tacos and they insisted they gave us 6 and wouldn’t give us the tacos. The manager who was a large gentleman was very rude and insisted we were trying to steal. Terrible customer service this manager needs to learn how to be a manager

I just left from ordering food and this it the fourth time ive order a bacon buttery jack and received a classic buttery jack. Idk if the menu in the drive thru does don’t match the ordering system inside, but its getting quite silly. I just want a buttery jack man ;-; I don’t want to waste anymore money on a burger im not gonna eat.

I ordered online, and when I walked in to pick it up, they started talking bad about people who ordered online. I was sitting at the front table where it’s pretty obvious that I can hear them, and the team lead joined in, and gave me attitude when I had gotten my food. Not really worth coming back to unless they change staff.
