We also order the carne guisada omelette and guevos rancheros with barnacoa plate and my son got 2 egg and cheese tacos. The Tiktok video has carne guisada pouring out of it, but the pictures below show what it really was and let me tell you, EVERYTHING NEEDED SALT. The Cheese, The Barnacoa, The Potatoes (which were soggy), the Eggs, it was like they ran out in the kitchen, it all needed better seasoning! The lady that took our order didn’t come back until our food was ready, then didn’t even check to see if we were ok, another server walked by and checked up on us. We ordered an Orchata, a Limonada and a Sprite (canned). All of that came out to around $53. We gave a $5 tip, but it wasn’t really deserved. I feel like for what we ordered, it shouldn’t have reached that price.
We have a son who is in a wheelchair and the Flores spot is really small, so offense to them there, but one they don’t have a ramp to get onto the front door, so with the help of a very kind patron we were able to get him in. We were immediately told that the wait would be 30-40min., which we agreed to. We waited about 10 min when we we saw that their other location on Zarzamora was only an in drive, so we decided to make the drive. Our biggest decision for this wasn’t the wait, but the idea that perhaps the other location might have more accessible space for my son’s chair.
Once we arrived, like the other location parking was scarce. This location did have a ramp, but it sits in middle of a parking spot. So, if someone is parked there the access goes away with it.
Once we were able to enter this location, we were sat immediately. This made things better for my son as he was really hungry. A gentleman who sat us was the same individual who took our drink order, which was two waters and one soda. This in itself took about 10 minutes to make it to us. We waited about 10 more minutes before we were greeted by what we can only assume is our waitress now. The good thing is, we were ready to order at this point. My wife and I both ordered two tacos apiece all four being different as we wanted to try a variety. My son ordered Fideo loco. Upon walking over to enter the ticket, she returned to let us know that they were out of the Fideo loco and no longer had chips. So he changed his mind and ordered something else. We’ve been waited another 30 or more minutes watching closely to others orders were also taking very long to come out.
It was then I decided to ask the waitress what was taking so long. She said she would check and let us know immediately, but that never happened so we waited another 15 minutes and when the food never came, we decided to leave.
This was a complete waste of our time we spent about an hour and a half between two locations and never saw any food at all. My recommendation unless you have 2 to 3 hours is find somewhere else to eat.
