I got scammed. Everytime I ordered either delivery or in person they gave me the big box. This time they gave me half the size. I ordered NACHO THE WORKS. And there was barely any nachos, 10 at most. It’s called nachos for a reason. Very disappointed, everytime I order food from here I always have an item missing or get less of a portion. This isn’t chipotle stop being stingy.

I ordered burritos on Uber Eats because they were doing buy one get one free. This established decided make two half burritos. These are genuinely the smallest burritos I’ve ever seen. I’ve gotten burritos from bubbakoos before so I know what size they are supposed to be. Will not be ordering from here again.

I have gone to this spot probably about once a week for this past year, and I’ve got to say the food is amazing, the atmosphere is nice, and the customer service is outstanding. I want to give a big shout out to Brenda for being one of the most whimsical, thoughtful, and kind servers that I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting. It’ll be rare to leave without a smile if you have time to chat. She has certainly set the bar high for customer service and I look forward to continue going there for my weekly meal.

The staff at this place have definitely improved,they’re kinder and friendlier now, which is great.
Unfortunately, the hygiene still leaves a lot to be desired. When I ordered a bradilla, my tortilla was briefly rested on the server’s (skin )ARM while she handled the cheese underneath, which was really unappetizing. Later, when I ordered a burrito, a worker reached over the counter with a dirty shirt touching my food.
Another newer employee was wearing gloves but scratched her head and fixed her hair while preparing orders without changing them, definitely not sanitary.
The food itself is tasty, and I can appreciate the friendlier staff, but until cleanliness improves, I can’t give a higher rating.

This is the first time and last time I’ll go to this establishment. They greeting was friendly, I like that. The food was little to be desired. I ordered shrimp tacos. The shrimp was small and over cooked and it tasted like something was spoiled. I ordered the beef tacos and that too was disgusting, disappointing and tasted like something was spoiled. Last but thankfully least, I ordered the burrito bowl, this too was disgusting and disappointing. Next time I get the taste for some Mexican food, I’ll take that drive to Chipotle. This hurts because I am usually understanding when it comes to establishments that is severing food and I normally don’t leave negative reviews but this I couldn’t help but do.

I’ve visited this location a few times but today i must say i was surprised at how little they gave my daughter for her kids meals (i ordered a quesadilla and soft taco) as seen in the pictures i have shared. I believe the quantity is for a 2-6 year old. I’ll just go down the street to another fast food restaurant next time for my child. But it’s tasty.

Ordered a chicken bowl. It came with just rice cheese and barely any chicken. No beans or additional toppings. It was literally a hard rice bowl with a sprinkle of chicken. I will never order from them again.

Just left the store there is this one Spanish girl she’s mean , disgusting, disrespectful I don’t even know why they hire her, her attitude stinks she always acts like she don’t wanna work there I never said anything but today I couldn’t let that go and not share my experience. I never have problem with anyone else but her at this location. I usually get the crispy chicken quesadilla with fries I always ask them to put sauce on my fries and the pico de gallo they give on the side they should just put it on my fries instead. This girl told me today that was a loaded fries she added mad stuff to my order that it came out $20 and up, ain’t no way a regular quesadilla cost that much so I told her I didn’t want it no more just charged me for the quesadilla itself, she was mad she charged me for a drink which I didn’t even get and the quesadilla, she threw the receipt on the counter and my food and the bag like I’m supposed to do it myself. After standing there and telling her that she didn’t hand me my food that’s when she bagged the food and threw it over the counter again. I understand it can be stressful sometimes but this place needs to do better when it comes to who they hiring. I’m just gonna stick to the location in Clark. They respectful, they have manners they know how to talk and welcome people. Which that girl from the Elizabeth location could learn a thing or two from them.

I really don’t understand how they have a four point something plus review maybe it’s because of Customer Service or the atmosphere but the food is trash first time ordering from them was completely misled about what I should be expecting in my order You’re better off or doing a chipotle or Qdoba for less the amount of money more value for your food and you don’t have to pay for Certain add-ons, especially sour cream The portion size is crazy because it’s like almost little to nothing in the box. .
