I recently visited the newly opened franchised Jack in the Box, and I’ve got to say, I was impressed! The location is convenient, modern, and noticeably more updated compared to older Jack in the Box restaurants I’ve been to. The atmosphere is bright, clean, and welcoming.
The staff were super friendly and helpful. I actually made a mistake when placing my order, and once I received it and realized the issue, they happily fixed it at no charge—no hassle at all. That kind of customer service definitely stood out to me.
The food was great, exactly what I expected, and everything came out hot. Whether you’re grabbing something quick or hanging out for a bit, it’s a solid spot.
One thing to note: the bathrooms are digitally locked and only accessible by request. I personally think it’s a cool and unique feature for security and cleanliness, but it might not be ideal if you’re in a hurry and just need to make a quick stop.
Overall, I had a great experience and will definitely be coming back!

I love Jack in the Box. But this has to be the worse Jack ever. Great location, but the seating is small and horrible. Common sense, you place a Jack in the middle of a family community. More seats!! Smh. Ordering was a horrible experience. Customer service, mediocre. Food, decent but not Jack in the Box standard. First time and last time here for my family.

Waited 14 minutes for a basic burger and fries. Drive-thru was near empty. Food was decent enough, but cold by the time it hit my hands. Service needs to speed up. Though honestly, it seems way better in the morning. Staff actually moves like they care. Than it does in the afternoon, when everything just drags.

Just had such a great visit to Jack in the Box. Brand new was expecting not to be happy. The meat love burritos were outstanding got two and barely finished one…what was impressive was how professional the young lady made. the young lady made a small mistake which was my fault really…her older supervisor fixed it fast and so pleasantly…I got an app for two Filipinas friends looking for a summer job…JACK you will be proud of this new location.

The person working the drive-thru at this location apparently knows absolutely nothing about the Jack in the Box menu. I even went to the window to place my order in person, but no one ever came out to help me, and I had to leave without being able to order anything. This happened today, Sunday, January 18, 2026, around 9:37 a.m. The employees are very poorly trained. A perfect recipe for business failure.

Fairly new location, food quality is as expected from fast food. However today 01/31/2026 while ATTEMPTING to order a larger order thru the drive thru the lady was rude in tone and repeatedly could not understand me. So I opted to go inside. Originally I ordered through thr kiosk with no issues, extremely user friendly. After I received my order number on screen it did NOT print a receipt, so I called for assistance and she did not understand me when I specifically explained the issue with verbally giving her the issue, she then proceeded to take my order AGAIN, now on third attempt to order. Once I finished ordering with her and I looked over receipt IT WAS STILL WRONG!!!! This has been the absolute worst experience I’ve had here by far. Still waiting 30 minutes later.

Leaving this review in hopes that the owner can give some extra attention and appreciation to Jennifer. The rest of the staff is lovely but every single time I come to this location (I live around the corner and sadly work overnights) I look to see if Jennifer is working. Not only is she super kind and friendly but there has never been a time where she has made an error. She is highly attentive and knows what I’m going to ask even before I say it. She goes above and beyond and absolutely deserves the most. This location is highly lucky to have such a dedicated and attentive worker like her.

I was pleasantly surprised to find out a new Jack N The Box was to be built near my home off N. Tarrant and Ray White. Unfortunately, it fails in pretty much every aspect imaginable. Tonight, they definitely earned a one star review. Took my son to grab a quick bite after practice. Food was cold, and the patties in both our burgers were broken, and missing almost half in my Ultimate Cheeseburger. In my sons, the didn’t put cheese in it and he also had a large piece of meat missing. I literally thought it was a joke, until my wife mentioned her poor experience at the same location. Huge disappointment to say the least. It’s going to be a huge no-go from now on. Hope y’all do better!

After my experience, I’m not surprised at this place only has a 2.4 star rating and has not even been open a year. I came in to pick up an order and the person working barely spoke English. The order consisted of 3 12 pack party packs and five midnight munchy meals. they were finishing up with the munchy meals, but then I told him about the taco party packs and they said that was not the menu. I was trying to explain, but since she didn’t really speak English, it wasn’t working. She got an attitude with me when I showed her what I’d ordered and said it was 36 tacos she proceeded to tell me it was too much. She’s then proceeded to get an attitude and call me names in Spanish, which I will not repeat. Told me it will be 20 minutes so I left.
