I placed a mobile order in Brewton and went inside to the restroom. I came out and my order was not ready. The cashier said they were waiting on my onion rings and apologized for the wait. I waited several more minutes which had been quite awhile from placing my order.

Again the cashier apologized for the wait. I told her she couldn’t make the onion rings cook faster. She said that wasn’t the problem, they hadn’t been dropped yet. That’s when I saw someone bringing a bag of frozen onion rings thru a door from the back.

Now I wasn’t happy and getting impatient; I had to get back to work. I finally got my order and while getting some extra napkins, the cashier asked if I would like a drink because I had to wait so long. I told her that would be nice since I work outside (and it was a hot day) and I can always use an extra drink.

I don’t know who dropped the ball on my onion rings, it wasn’t the cashier and it wasn’t busy. But she did apologize and offered a free drink. I don’t get angry over silly things like this, what’s the point? but she kinda made up for it, so I left satisfied enough.

We waited over 30 minutes for an online order that we were picking up in the drive through. The staff was rude to my husband when he went into the building to check on our order. We were told to pull forward so we did. We ended up blocking the drive through because of them. They then proceeded to cuss out my husband and saying they told us to pull into a parking spot which they didn’t. I won’t be back!

I went in Christmas Eve with my granddaughter and was met by one of the nicest persons you could meet. He was very cordial and friendly and was not upset that we came in close to closing. Food was great too

Worst place ever, The staff was really rude to a young lady that went through the drive-through, she left the restaurant crying because she was not able to get her order that she had already paid for. So I left because if they’re too busy to get her order that she already paid for why do I want to give them my money? I also saw another lady that was trying to get her order corrected, but again they was being rude to her and not attending to her. The bathrooms was also filthy no soap so unless the employees are going back to the kitchen with a nasty hands to wash them this place is disgusting, but I never see an employee washing their hands at the sink in the kitchen area.

So extremely rude, cussing out my mom in the background of the drive-thru speaker because the girl couldn’t figure out a simple order, and then they got everything wrong. They melted a single slice of cheese inside a separate paper baggie for my triple cheeseburger, which came plain with no condiments whatsoever. My mom got a completely different burger with bacon and sauces when she’d ordered a plain hamburger. What the heck? Chick said ‘she’s getting smart!’ about my mother and all I wanted to say was ‘at least SHE can.’

This atmosphere of this entire restaurant is poor. You can tell it trickles down from the owner to the employees. Just wish they would actually stay open until their posted hours. As a night shift nurse it would be nice to have something to eat while on the road. But they refused to take orders and close the store early

The pictures speak for themselves. The restaurant was renovated several years ago and yet the ceiling leaks, and the drive thru is in shambles. The food is usually as expected though.

We just went and got whoppers with bacon and cheese and they were delicious! They were the fattest hugest ones ever, compared to the Burger King in Pensacola on Davis highway which is horrible! These people here are so nice and so pleasant, we love to come here when we are in Atmore! Best place to eat ever!

This review is more towards an employee I recently had an encounter with and not directed at the overall restaurant.

While pulling up to the drive through, and still before I get to the intercom to place my order, the vehicle in front of me and I were approached by a taller black male outside smoking. The male was wearing a Burger King uniform. He requested me and the other vehicle to roll down our windows asked what we wanted to order, and requested money. Overall, it did not immediately concern me as I figured the intercom was not working, however, it was quickly evident it was working as the person before began ordering through the intercom. When I told the employee I would prefer to use the actual drive thru or go somewhere else, he appeared agitated.

Based on the totality of the circumstances (approaching while seemingly on his break, attempting to conduct business away from cameras, and requesting cash), I believe he may have had I’ll intentions.
