We also have to highlight the top-tier service from start to finish. Anthony (host), Madison (server), and Sahira (assistant) were all warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. They went out of their way to make us feel at home and truly enhanced our experience.
Gregory’s Mesquite Grill brought moody, relaxing, and perfect for a date night or post-golf unwind. The upgraded space is beautifully designed with rich brown tones, elegant furniture, and a layout that feels like a huge step up from their old location. Whether you’re grabbing a drink at the bar or sitting down for dinner, the vibe is refined and comfortably removed from the noise of the casino.
The atmosphere and service are absolutely wonderful. We came here for Easter. And while they did have a prefix menu, we ordered off the regular menu. Champagne and wine, steaks with lobster (with sides), and dessert, were all fantastic. They even gave us a pallet cleanser of raspberry sorbet between our appetizer and entrée.
I have to order my steaks well done, and I frequently have to send them back when they come to me because they’re always undercooked. This was probably the best cooked steak I have had to date.
The price has much increased from what we had seen on the menus posted from a couple of years ago, which was slightly disappointing. I also do believe that the steak could be seasoned more.
Cheers!
Smoked meatballs served under a glass dome that is lifted by the waiter. Tender, with great marinara sauce. A+. Chicken tortilla soup that was spiced just right. Rich and flavorful. A. The fun ended there. Then a petit fillet that I ordered medium rare. The steak looked like it had been cut with a hatchet. It was served well done and lacked seasoning. A tiny lobster tail served overcooked/rubbery. Baby broccoli that may have been pan sauteed or grilled. It was hammered and had a slightly burnt flavor. Top this off with gummy, cold and underseasoned mashed potatoes. D-. My date ordered prime rib medium rare. She likes hers on the rare side but what she got was too red for her. That with the same sides added up to a bad dinner for her too.
The service is great as it has been for years and the new decor with the large bar for walk-ins is great as well.
Unfortunately that doesn’t compensate for the bad food.
Thank you to the staff.
Ps. A drink is included in the price..
