The wing stop at the Hill Crest shopping center was the bomb! While the food was very good it was fresh it was hot it was tasty and seasoned correctly it was the customer service from the time of ordering until the end going out the door for me that made that particular Wingstop the bomb. The customer service people were excellent they even recognized my voice when I came in and called me by name! That speaks volumes about how serious the workers there took their job. The place was very clean The workers were clean and the atmosphere was cheery!

Came to this wingstop today with 4 orders to pickup for family and it was so busy, so many people waiting for orders and a lot going on. The workers were great, working fast, nice and respectful. It did take awhile and a few other customers were upset, but they can only go so fast. Super happy with them!

I got the Louisiana Rub bone in wings an they was good as always, the cajun fried corn is always good an spicy. my only problem an only reason i’m giving 3 stars for food is because my fries was burnt and i normally enjoy the fries with cajun seasoning and fry seasoning but all my fries was burnt if i knew they was burnt i woulda checked at the restaurant an not when i got home… i tried to call(4xs) to inform them (i didnt even want compensation or a remake, just to inform them incase other peoples fries were burnt/hard) but no one answered the phone.. top of fries in picture & the bottom/middle of the fries in basket

Ordered 75 wings, paid $65. My cheese fries cost extra but I did not get any cheese. The wings were good though. I thought the Louisiana Rub wings had great flavor. I just hate it when they charge you for something and don’t give it to you. Cost them a star.

This review is on behalf of my 2 children who ordered Wingstop on the app and I picked it for them…. First I had no way of checking the order b/c the young lady tore the receipt off the bag….second the chicken was cold… the fries was cold and looked like they sat in grease, one order was for 10 pieces boneless but got 8 and they didn’t get the drinks that they paid for on the app….and I couldn’t check before I left ….they don’t even get that one star… I’m taking it back… ➖⭐️….. Get it together people.

The Colerain Wingstop has very good service but very bad fries they changed their fries and now my heart is broken I love the old fries and they had great amount of seasoning and now we are stuck with these CHEAP unseasoned fries.
