Insomnia Coffee Company is a solid spot to grab a pick-me-up. They’ve got a great selection of pastries (and trust me, they’re bigger than they look in the case). Coffee options are eclectic, with plenty of flavors to mix and match. The baristas are rock solid and can conjure up just about any coffee recipe you throw at them. Definitely worth a stop if you’re in the mood for something beyond the usual chain vibe.

Waited in line for 20 minutes, ordered 2 drinks and 2 bagel sandwiches. The drinks came out quick and were good. Realized after about 25 minutes that we were still waiting for the bagel sandwiches so went to go ask if they forgot about them. Guy in the pink shirt said the oven wasn’t working and they needed to give me a refund. Equipment breaking down is obviously out of their control but I’m not sure why they didn’t tell us that earlier and why he was so rude about it. The other 2 workers were nice though.

After calling in an order a day ahead of time I came to pick it up for my event. I had to wait half an hour for it and none of the three “Joe to gos” were full! They also gave it to me in boxes that were soaking wet with coffee and falling apart. $75. Will definitely NOT be ordering from them again for my events.

– Vanilla Latte was a 2/5 tasted too milky and no coffee profile. I guess I’m used to actually tasting the coffee and the notes.
-Cappuccino with a touch of mocha. 1/5 the shot was maybe over extracted as tasted burnt. Shared it with wife and she confirmed the same.
-Chocolate chip cookies were awesome! 10/10 recommend.

Coffee is good and the atmosphere/setting is great, however, they are so slow to make your drinks and could be more friendly! The gal taking our order was pleasant enough, but the barista was very slow and not friendly. I picked up my coffee, thanked her and told her to have a great weekend and she didn’t look up or utter a word back. Disappointing.

Back to old school manual expresso! Service is awesome. Coffee you know it’s going to great! I got a cappuccino and I had sprinkled one pack of sugar in the raw on top and just let fall into the cappuccino as I drink. YUMMY!! Made my day! Atmosphere what a coffee shop should be! Cozy and inviting. Menu is simple like coffee should be, nothing crazy and complicated, but I’m sure they can make anything you could dream of. Food I didn’t eat anything but it looks amazing.

The space was very nice. The atmosphere and decor were really well put together. The staff was friendly and it seems like a good place to gather. Unfortunately the coffee itself was just okay. The quality of the latte was also just okay. I would probably give it another try but this visit definitely lacked skill.

The coffee is great and the seating is awesome. I like that they have gluten free options some from a local gf bakery (Blue Moon). I wish the people working here were kinder to my mom. She was treated very poorly by an associate working today. We still had a good time tho afterwards. I will come back and highly recommend.
