Very cozy local bar. LOTS of seating. Menu has classic southern foods like gumbo and jambalaya, fried foods, salads, sandwiches and lots of sides. Options options options. Including the sushi place next door!! They have a live update of beers on tap written on their walls. Basically. Love this place. Moved to the neighborhood recently and it is our new frequent.

Service is good. The food and drinks are horrible. The red beans and rice were undercooked and had raw tomatoes and onions on top. The poboy was drenched in a sauce that made the whole thing a soggy mess with the shrimps breading peeling off. This place does a mighty injustice to southern cuisine. I highly recommend skipping this place and it’s bastardized version of southern food.
