Ted and his wife run a place that truly stands out. From the moment you walk in, you can tell they care about what they’re doing. They’re incredibly accommodating, friendly, and always make you feel welcome. Their staff is well-trained, courteous, and clearly takes pride in the service they provide.
What really sets this spot apart, though, is the food. Everything they make is prepared with care, quality ingredients, and a clear passion for doing things the right way. You can taste the difference in every bite.
If you’re a roast beef fan, this place absolutely delivers. The roast beef is cooked perfectly, sliced just right, and easily ranks among the best around. Their salads are also outstanding — fresh, generous, and packed with flavor, making them some of the best you’ll find at any roast beef shop.
All things considered, this establishment is firmly in my Top 5 roast beef spots, and that’s not a list I take lightly. It’s also NSB approved, which says a lot for those who know. If you haven’t checked it out yet, it’s definitely worth the visit.

Had to try the super beef three way and it was life changing indeed. Hands down the Best roast beef I have ever had. Some Michelin star quality taste here.

There is an absolute king of the North Shore Beefs & it’s not debatable in my opinion. Londis 3 way had to be made in heaven! The beef is perfectly medium rare (the way it should be), juicy, perfectly seasoned and big enough (talking about the super beef of course) to fill a man’s sized appetite! If I was given a choice on my last meal, their super beef is at the top of my list! What else can I say, they do beef the way it is meant to be done!

This place was recommended to me so I decided to give it a try before I flew back home to Florida. I got the chicken cutlet sub and jalapeño poppers. The sandwich over all was pretty good but the poppers were mid at best. I definitely wouldn’t order them again but the sandwich I’d definitely get again.

Just had a roast beef sandwich from Londi’s Roast Beef and it was absolutely fantastic. The beef was perfect—incredibly tasty, perfectly cooked, and served nice and warm. It’s definitely one of the best roast beef sandwiches I’ve had. My only complaint is that I biked there and there isn’t anywhere in the whole plaza to lock up a bike. The staff was very accommodating and allowed me to keep it in the vestibule, but not having a place to park a bike is a major inconvenience for anyone on two wheels.

Let me put you alll on to Londis Steak Bomb. It’s amazing. It’s delicious. It’s PACKED with meat and all the good stuff. I get mine with provolone mayo and hots, no mushrooms. It’s always a hit never a miss. The staff is very friendly. Atmosphere is great. 10000/10 totally recommend. Best steak bomb around

Went today for the first time. Been waiting patiently and it was worth the wait. Took the whole family there. Of course I got a Jr. beef on an onion roll 3 way! OMG it was amazing. What a murder scene. The bun was fluffy buttery and crispy in every bite. Must’ve used all their napkins. Got the toddles twins a side of chicken fingers (wish they had kids meals) they like them a lot. Piping hot when they came out. String fries were perfectly done. Crispy in the outside and fluffy on the inside. Not greasy at all. You can tell it was fresh clean oil they used. Hubby got the large meatball sub. He wasn’t too impressed with it though. He said it was average. I got a pizza roll as well. It was very thin not much flavor. Didn’t take a picture of it. Their baklava was on point. Crispy and perfectly sweet. The flavor was amazing. Best I’ve ever had.

Since I moved to NH, I can no longer get roast beef sandwiches as there are none near me. I had to return to Peabody to take care of my mom for the day, and I managed to run over to Londi’s. I got a regular 3 way. The amount of pink succulent beef was amazing. It’s tough to believe they have two sizes bigger than this one! The roll had a nice toast to it, and the sauce, mayo , cheese were a perfect addition. I highly recommend Londi’s!!!
